I switched from cheaper carbon shoes to these and I was surprised by how much stiffer and lighter these felt! The fastening is comfortable and I didn't feel the pinching I felt with my other shoes. The foot arch insert was a nice touch, making the shoes very adjustable for personal preference.These run small for me, about 1 size smaller. I usually wear size 40 for my dress shoes, but for these 41 fits perfect.

Shoes fit perfectly. Comfortable, great support, but stiff in all the right places. I have a white pair too. Very happy the the Shimano quality.
I thought my feet would not fit into size 39, but they did and the shoes are comfortable. I feel more power transmission to the pedals then my old (more then 10 yr) SIDI shoes, thanks to the carbon fiber soles. The wire locks work well and can be tightened while riding. The only thing that is a mystery are the inserts that came with the shoes, that I do not know what to do with.
