A great value pair of MTB shoes, the Shimano ME1s offer support, a comfortable and secure fit and excellent traction. The sole is compatible with SPD cleats and reflectivity on the heel brings visibility in low light conditions.

Got the order on time! Package was great as well as the quality of the shoes! Legit and can't wait to use it! Just waiting for the SPD M505 to be delivered (can u please expedite the delivery? Ordered it the same time w the shoe. Already sent a message about it) Good job and keep it up! Thanks

I was in the market to replace a 12 year old pair of Forte bicycle shoes with the soles were separating from the uppers. These shoes fit the bill. They were affordable, comfortable and easy to walk around in. They are a little bit on the ugly side, but they go with the ugly bikes and the ugly owner.Exactly what I wanted.

Ran true to size, same size I wear in Giro. Well built, velcro enclosure easy on/off with sufficient support. Prefer the leather for riding in normal to cooler weather, blocks wind well, haven't noticed them being overly hot in the summer in dry climates. Would recommend!

I am not a shoe snob. I'm willing to spend a lot on shoes, but the less expensive shoes seem to fit fine and work. However, I've had these shoes for a little over a week and I'm not very impressed, to the point that I'm considering replacing them. The Good: They feel great when you try them on and walk in them. The padding is comfortable and the price is right. The Bad: I think they should have 3 straps because I can't get the 2 straps properly adjusted. They are either too loose or too tight. After about 1 hour today my toes had gone numb and I had to loosen the shoes, but then they move when I pedal. They feel heavy to pedal, but I compared to my last pair and they are less than 1oz heavier. The other thing is that they are HOT. There's no ventilation in these ... MoreI am not a shoe snob. They feel heavy to pedal, but I compared to my last pair and they are less than 1oz heavier. The other thing is that they are HOT. There's no ventilation in these things, so today it was 100 degrees and my feet felt like they were in an oven. They also don't have enough clearance with the cleats & pedal, so I have to step extra hard to get them to compact the rubber and clip. It isn't a pedal tension adjustment issue. I'm doing my best to give them a chance to break in, but I'm not impressed with these. If they were my first pair of clipless shoes I wouldn't know any better and would probably rate these a 4 or 5.
Pleased overall and great value but the fit isn't great. I'm normally a 45-46 so ordered a 47. My toes easily touched the end. So ordered a replacement 48. They are slightly too large so I've had to replace the insoles. Not ideal. Time will tell how well they wear.
Literally opened the box, installed my cleats, put the shoes on and rode the 100 mile White Rim Trail in Moab. They were comfortable enough and had good traction through the hike-a-bike sections. My only complaint is that they feel a little loose over the foot. Length was good, but no matter how tight I tried to cinch down the velcro straps they didn't feel as snug as I like. Not really a big issue, maybe my feet are weird.
This is my first clipless shoe and they are perfect for learning. The Shimano spd cleats are not too difficult to clip in and out of if you get into a sticky situation and these shoes work with a ton of different kinds of pedals which was a huge selling point for me. They are a tad loose, I can feel my feet move around inside when I'm putting down the power, but it is only a very small amount. The tread has been fine for general purpose walking but I wouldn't take these into very muddy environments.Overall I think these are well worth the money and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to try out clipless pedals.
Tredz’ Price was great, delivery prompt too and the shoes equally magnificent.Sadly Shimano stop at 48, and quite a small 48 at that. I wear a 48 Asics running shoe (a UK 12) and these are too small for me.
I’m a size UK4 usually and I ordered size 5 (eur 38) - they fit well and aren’t too large. Great quality, and even though my initial order was incorrect, I finally got sent this pair and is great. I did have a small issue with the tongue being quite stiff initially, but it softened after a bit of cycling - I use this to commute and it’s rare to find cycling shoes that fit!
I had to replace this shoe but couldn’t find it anywhere and BAM Moosejaw has the shoe and size!!! Easy ordering, quick delivery! Also, I love your marketing style, fun!! The Moosejaw stick is on my 81 yr old mom’s truck! I shared your company with others and I’ll definitely be back—Thanks
