Love the printer but found it difficult to send design through canva to the free app and to have to insure sizing was all correct and cropped before being able to use print. Was quite difficult to begin with. And the biggest dislike was the fact the printer beeps constantly when it is out of paper or the lid is open. Very annoying when ppl are sleeping and trying to change over between sizes. Lid could also use a little prong or something to help it stay open while you put new paper in

The printer is great, and the packaging options look great. Couldn’t be more happy. And it’s an absolute bonus that they are compostable.

The instructions and videos on website were easy to follow AND there was help at the end of installing onto Windows to improve clarity of print labels. Plugged in, installed, and printed clear labels within 15 minutes and used <10 labels testing printing (would've used less if I'd read alllll the instructions to the end where the clarity improvements in settings are!). Thank you!

Great printer so far, works well and love that it's compostable labels compared to other brands. The instructions provided were very basic (all it said was Download the Driver but didn't explain where to go). I eventually found the info on the Hero website, but maybe a note could be provided explaining that would be good. Other than that it's a good printer.
Love this printer! Easy to install and operate.The only downside is no wifi connectivity meaning I have to take my computer (Mac) into another room to plug it each time I need to print a label.Apart from that its awesome!X
It's very quick and easy to set up. Prints fast and works perfectly for the courier labels. If it does jam occasionally, it can fix by opening and closing it. We are very happy with the printer. Thank you Hero Packaging!
This printer is amazing! The fact that it prints without ink blew my mind, I’ve used it plenty of times and had no dramas! The video setup guide is so easy to follow as well.. overall the best product!!

This is great. Small but powerful.Has sped up my packing and made life so much easier.
I print my award stickers to put on my fully home compostable tea packaging and it works a treat. Also great for mailer branding stickers too!
