I was excited to try this product due to the skincare ingredients and spf. Packaging is sleek and modern. I like the pearlescent finish on the packaging. It was very easy to dispense the product using the pump. This is a medium coverage buildable foundation that was thinner in consistency than I expected. However this is probably attributed to the serum-like skin care ingredients. I applied the product using a foundation brush as directed but had to follow brush application with a facial sponge to even out the application. I would suggest purchasing the suggested foundation brush/trying various foundation brushes to achieve the smooth finish with one make-up tool. The color was not a perfect match but I do have a difficult time finding foundation for olive skin tones. My skin looked smooth and had a healthy glow after application. I had no adverse reactions though I am allergic to some products that contain spf. Overall this was a great product that protected the skin from UV rays and included skin care ingredients. After 8 hours my skin still looked smooth and had a glow. I like that I could build coverage on my hyperpigmentation areas and the finish was not cakey. This product was very lightweight when applied and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It claims to be a “skin care active foundation that provides a healthy, glowing finish and 24 hour hydration.” Upon first unboxing- I am super impressed with the packaging. Its clean and simple glass pump bottle is aesthetically pleasing and looks expensive. First application: With first pump this foundation felt very thin and light- which I really like. It blended very easily and left a smooth dewy finish. I would say this is a medium coverage foundation. I have some redness on my cheek area under my eyes and it covered it nicely. Immediately after application it did feel a bit heavy or sticky, which was weird considering it felt so thin when applying. However after about 15 minutes it was fully dry and I didn’t feel that stickiness anymore. Also, I thought that the shade might be too light for me (sand 250) but after a few minutes of drying down the shade seem to deepen a bit, and honestly it’s perfect. Day 2: I removed my makeup the night prior, didn’t do any crazy skincare, just a little cerave cream and I already noticed a difference in my skin with this foundation. My dry skin seemed a bit more moisturized, my redness was less as well. I applied and used again and continued for the next few days. Pros: I definitely think this is a great hybrid skincare foundation. I believe the skin care ingredients have made a difference in my skin texture and appearance. The chemical sunscreen doesn’t seem to be irritating my skin. Great packaging Cons: Chemical sunscreen ingredient, Foundation feels a little sticky after application. Final thoughts: very good hybrid skincare foundation product, however I probably wouldn’t repurchase, just because I like to apply a mineral sunscreen after skincare, and use a skin tint or similar without sunscreen . But if you’re looking for an all in one solution, this is for you!

The coverage is light, and this can be increased a bit with more layers, however it still didn't cover one area of redness on my face all the way with 3 applications to that spot. This really doesn't bother me, though... that's what concealer is for. The beautiful effects of this foundation are worth overlooking that in my opinion. This is probably the most beautiful foundation I've tried to date, and I will recommend it to anyone who likes the qualities I've described. I will definitely purchase this again in the future.
