When I pulled up the Shun Kanso 6-Piece knife block set. The picture shows 6 knives but i did not read the description shows only 4 knives, a block, and a honing knife b. VERY tricky but my bad and I'll never use BB&B again. BEWARE

The handle on the steel is not silver as pictured. When I called they said they made the change 3 or 4 years ago, but had not changed the display picture. It is a wooden handle and the stain or wood is slightly different from the knives themselves.
Top quality knives. Excellent handles. I love these. I have since bought every other Kanso knife they offer, and a larger block to hold them all. My only regret is I haven?t been able to locate a set of the steak knives from the Kanso line.
I ordered this block set several months ago. They are very sharp and cut effortlessly. There was space to add and so I did :)
