The knives were purchased as a birthday gift for my husband, so when they arrived my son and I secretly opened, admired and gift wrapped them with much delight. My lad is 18, and as he took them out of the box he smiled and said “cooking is going to be amazing with these, maybe should make dinner?”. Couldn’t get a better endorsement than that.

Excellent experience - great information and service - I have just been staring at me new knives and been nervous/reluctant to actually use them. They just look so amazing. I did try using the sharpening stone on some of my other knives, but still learning so they did not really sharpen as I would have expected?
