Great add-on for the Cameo 4 from Silhouette. Good quality and at a good price. Rolls and it can cut fabric materials like cotton fabrics, crepe paper, felt, wool, and more without a stabilizer backing.

Works like it's supposed to. Cuts material in a snap. I love crafting doll clothes so this makes life simpler, especially for more complicated patterns.

Came without instructions so I didn't realize the blade needed to be pushed (comes with the bottom bit out to protect the blade).But otherwise does the job, is sharp and works well

Works great for cutting fabric

Purchased the rotary blade to cut fabric to make appliques out of quilting cotton fabric. It was my first time using the blade, so I had to do a bit of research to get it properly set up to cut. I didn't realize that you have to twist a collar to expose the cutting blades, so on my first couple of tries there was no cuts at all. Once I set it up properly, it worked very well. I don't use the cutting machine all that often, so I always forget how to set up my designs to get the best cuts. One tip is to be sure that you reduce the cutting points in your image in the design part of the project as much as possible to prevent the blade from ripping up the fabric and ruining the final piece.
