Does what it says. I have found it excellent for hair growth, thickens the hair and does strengthen the nails. I have under active thyroid and constant shedding of hair and Silicea Ultra tabs lessen the hair fall. I ordered some for my daughter and she also experienced a noticeable difference.

This stuff really makes my hair and nails grow. Even my hairdresser noticed the large number of new hairs after about a month to six weeks of taking these. This was a reorder as I had purchased this product elsewhere before.

I bought these little beauties a month ago and have seen marked improvement in my nail strength. For others trying to rehab nails after gels, shellacs and whatever they are a welcome boost.
Excellent product. Worth paying the extra to get the higher quantities of the ingredients that are in these capsules. My split soft nails have strengthened considerably. Have been using for about 12 months but noticed an improvement within a month or so.
My daily go to Silicea. Helps with what it states it helps with. Easy daily dose with capsule.
This product was originally recommended to me by a chemist and has been fabulous for strengthening my nails and hair. I have been using it for a couple of years now and can definitely see an enormous difference.
