Take my advice, this straightener is great! It straightens your hair quickly and does not pull it at all. The iron is smooth and so is your hair!I find I do get best result my segmenting my hair. If I tend to grab large chunks in my hair, the result are not as good. If I do section my hair and slowly glide down the plates, the results are fantastic!My sister has also been loving the results. She has a lot of hair but not at thick as mine, so she sets the variable temperature to around 200 degrees.I think you really do get value for money with the Silver Bulllet Keratin. Not only is it producing great results, but the added brush, comb, clips and heat mat is a fantastic deal!

I've had a cheap hair straightener for years, so I was pumped to get a new and fancy expensive one. But it unfortunately catches my hair, pulling at it. The temperature dial is so tiny and difficult to read that I have to find a good sunlight window just to read it. Does not work any better or quicker than my old cheap one. I have medium hair. Not too thick or curly, but this straightener still takes several passes to straighten. I'm disappointed. Wanted to support a brand close to home, but now wish I didn't.

Vert pleased with the Silver Bullet, it straightens well and also creates great curls, which is why I bought it, as my old straightener didn't do curls very well.Heats up quickly and has adjustable temperature (my hair is very fine, so needs less heat). Also light weight so easy to carry when travelling

After being sold a GHD comparable straightener (price included!) a few years ago the rubber coating on the body of the straightener started disintegrating and it also got quite hot to use. I love this straightener - my hair stays straight for 5 days!
This is the best straighener I've ever had. Heats up quickly and gives such a smooth shiny finish. Easy to use as a curler too. It also came with some really handy accessories.
I found this straightener pulls my hair/doesn’t glide, and leaves it dry and brittle (even at 180 with heat protect on!). Given you can’t return it if it’s been opened, please try it before you pay for it! Or just avoid it and go with a Ghd or cloud 9 - I wish I had :(.
I bought this Silver Bullet when my old well known brand straightener stopped working and at that time I didn't want to spend around $300 for another one. I have been so happy with the Silver Bullet since I got it and love how smoothly it works. It heats up so quickly and leaves a beautiful smooth, shiny finish on my usually difficult to straighten hair. I would never go back to the other brand!!
