The plates felt so much smoother on my hair and my hair looked so healthy after straightening. I love it.
I’ll start by saying that the people behind oz hair and beauty are wonderful. I can not fault customer service at all.But unfortunately the silver bullet hair straightener was a dud. The one I purchased stopped working within less than a month and the replacement that was sent didn’t work from the get go. A refund after that was processed straight away and I can’t thank them enough for being so understanding
Horrible straightener as it pulled my hair the whole time I was using it. Didn't really do the job either. Such a shame!
This has to be one of the worst hair straighteners I've ever used. This was recommended to be by an online consultant and I was so excited to use it and boy was l wrong. My hair never looks dead straight (mind you I have straight hair) like it does when I used older straighteners, the frizz is still there and the hair looks like I've just washed my hair and let it dry. Don't waste your money on this product

This brand was recommended to me by a professional hair stylist. I was not personally familiar with this product. After some research I chose to purchase the silver bullet ceramic wide plate straightener. I am very happy with my purchase. It does not appear to be damaging my hair and the time my hair stays straight is wonderful. The wider plate does seem to reduce my time significantly. My hair is fine, with a lot of it and is of medium shoulder length. Purchasing from Oz Hair and Beauty was so easy with efficient postage. Thank you so much.
