I purchase our soy sauce in large containers. I love making Asian foods so soy sauce goes very quickly as an ingredient as well as a condiment. Silver Swan tastes very good. It is my go to brand not only because of taste but also because the value is unbelievable. We keep multiple containers in our pantry and will not go without it!

I really enjoy the taste of Silver Swan Special Soy Sauce. I think it has a deeper taste than it's competitors and it's not overly salty. I use it in my fried rice, stir fry, and other things. Like today I mixed some of it with some vinegar and poured a little on my rice to add some excitement to my white rice lol.
I was really excited to try this product. I was expecting something new and original. Sadly, there is nothing special about this soy sauce. It is just regular soy sauce, only of a very poor quality IMO. It certainly has no special flavor at all. The "caramel" they say is in it is just caramel coloring, and not caramel flavoring at all. I would not recommend it.
It is difficult to find soy sauce without sodium benzoate, a common food additive that many people have sensitivities to. This is delicious and won't make me break out!
I almost purchased this based on the price but then I looked at the ingredients...caramel color, etc. This is not real soy sauce. It is chemically processed soy sauce. Experts recommend eating traditionally processed soy sauce and recommend avoiding these types.
I love this soy sauce! it has less sodium and more flavor then other leading brands. I have been using it for years. It is great in recipes too.
Silver Swan Shoyu is my longtime favorite. Not too salty, slightly thicker, umami flavor that I enjoy and prefer.
I read the reviews and thought I would try it out, used to the K-brand but that has gotten expensive. Tried it out and it's great. I'll never order anything else. Be careful, a little goes a long way. If you use too much, it's too salty. But it's a great product.
