I'm really not that impressed. I'm typically not one to fall into traps like this, so I had tried to do as much research as I could about this lotion before buying, because of the price point, but after a lack of finding anything useful other than reviews I decided what the heck and gave it a try. To sum it up quickly, this is a gimmick. As a woman with horrible cellulite before age 30, did I expect a miracle cure? Not at all, but since I have had more 'firming' results from cheaper lotions I thought maybe a more expensive one would be better. To start - the lotion is HEAVILY perfumed, not moisturizing in the slightest, very thin and does not spread far, so you have to use a lot. There is a step-by-step instruction booklet about how to apply the lotion - which involves sitting on the ground in awkward positions, pushing with your legs to tense your muscles, rubbing your fists on your abodomen, etc. To be honest I think this is more of a gimmick to make you think it's 'real' and also for when it doesn't work, they can say you didn't follow the instructions correctly.

I was looking for a good face wash, effective but not too stripping to my skin. When I saw it was soap free I was skeptical. Would it really clean my face, full of sunscreen? Would it emulsify or just sit over my skin doing nothing like similar products out there? Well, I decided to give it a try and how surprised I was when I used it for the first time! It foams very well for a soap free product and a little goes long way. I feel my skin clean but not super dry. I would recommend this product. Pretty decent for a good price!

A little goes a long way

I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Hers: nice texture and cleaned off makeup but took a while to rinse off. His: I usually use a Simple soap (standard bar) to wash my face in the evening but was pleasantly surprised by this wash. My skin is fairly greasy and I've usually got some facial hair/beard and this did a great job, leaving my skin feeling clean and fresh and my beard nice and soft! It did take a bit more rinsing than soap to feel that I'd got it all off but you only need a small quantity to do the job. The tube should last a while. I will buy this again.

Cleans well without stripping. Good for oily skin.

I bought this when my usual one was out of stock and I'm really impressed! It really cleans my skin without making it feel squeaky and it's mega cheap. The cheapest face wash I've ever used and probably one of the best. It's fungal acne safe too and non comedogenic. It might be a little too harsh if you have dry skin though. I still prefer etude house soon jung whip cleanser but it's more expensive and harder to get hold of so I'll keep buying this from now on.

Great Everyday Face Wash for Combination Skin

I have combination skin (oily t-zone/chin, dry cheeks) that is very sensitive and reactive to most products. Overly moisturising cream face washes make my skin break out, while foaming ones tend to dry it out. I read online that combined skin benefits from gel washes, so I decided to give this one a go as there aren't actually too many affordable gel face washes (at least from where I'm standing). This is a very gentle gel wash; a little goes a long way. It's particularly great in the morning. I wouldn't say it's built to remove makeup, but it's good for removing any dirt or oil you might have at the end of the day. So if you're looking for something gentle and minimal for morning or everyday use, give this a try. Great product

I've used cerave cleansers but i like how this one is gel and turns to cream. It's super moisturising and is good for washing off daily impurities. It's a bit hard to wash off but thats okay. I never want to buy anything else other than this. And it's only £4!

Literally the best

This does exactly what it says on the tube. It is refreshing but not irritating or drying. I have used it everyday for the past 4-5 years and will continue to do so for the significant future. Using it everyday, it will last you a year, so great value for money. My advice would be to stop looking for a better face wash, because you wont get better than this.

Wooooowww!!!! When I saw the product was from the brand Simple, I simply had to give it a try. With delicate sensitive skin prone to adult acne I'm limited with which products I can use. Using This product day and night my skin feels refreshed, with no major break outs! It feels clean and kept control of my oily T-zone. I came across this product on sale for £1.85 and it has changed my skin! My skin is the smoothest and softest it’s been in ages! I used to use more expensive cleansers like the cetaphil gentle cleanser for £10 and I saw no results, my point is, don’t doubt this product over pricier ones just because of how cheap it is. I notice that whenever I stop using this product my skin isn’t as smooth. Also LESS IS MORE! I mainly started seeing results with this product when I dropped all my other products that claimed to “improve your skin”. All I use now is this cleanser, the cerave moisturising cream and some days a spot cream when a new spot arises and it works wonders. I would 10000% recommend this I’m so happy!
