I really wanted to like this. I'm 9 months pregnant and ordered this thinking i would receive it the following week. Shipment was delayed a week which was fine. It was delivered and box was in decent shape. After putting it together (which wasn't that difficult but not that easy either) it was really hard to snap the cover on. The swing is somewhat compact and takes up less space than the swing I had with my last baby. Got everything together and plugged it in. It doesn't work. Won't turn on or anything. I'm due in a few days so now I get to deal with the hassle of returning it to the store. I don't have a printer so I don't have the option of printing a return label. Really frustrating.

Received this swing as a gift and was so excited to get it set up. Only to find out that the right leg assembly #2 does not fit into the bottom frame assembly #3. It is such a disappointment to have to throw this swing into the trash and buy a different one. I will not be purchasing the same brand either. With only 6 weeks left until my due date, replacing this swing is a stressor I could do without.

Got this as a gift from my boss and turned it on one time. Then when we came home from the NICU with our baby it no longer turns on. We threw away the box bc it was working when we initially set it up and now just have a swing we have to manually move. Disappointed to say the least.

I received this as a baby shower present on December and finally decided to build it since my baby is about to be a month, i heard good things about it but when we were building it we notice the frame from the seat (the metal part that snaps into the small hole) was no clicking in because it was broken so its not possible to put the seat together due to that. I am disappointed because i just searched up the price and its $100 :( i hope i can buy the frame part of the seat or something so waiting on customer service to answer. I do not have a gift receipt so i dont think i can exchange the whole thing plus I threw away the box :( so if its possible just to get that part it would be amazing. I would hate to throw it out…
Honestly kind of shocked to see all the bad reviews. We’ve had this swing since my baby was a month old and she loves it. She can spend a lot of time in it and take naps which allows me to take naps too or do other things. I like that it has different speeds, nature and music sounds and you can put a timer on it or keep it off and let it run however long. I also love that you can turn it to swing side to side or front to back. My only problem I could say is that sometimes if it’s left on for a long time it has randomly turned off but other than that we love this swing and my baby does too!
I am surprised there are so many bad reviews on this swing! We used it up until my daughter was 8 months. She loved it. It can swing forward/back or side/side. It’s worked great for us with no technology issues and has been reliable. It’s cute for our girl too!
This just arrived today and I was super excited to put it together, however, there was no instructions which was fine as it was easy to put together. The issue was I cannot attach the swing arm to the base motor swing arm. No screws and no snap buttons like the rest of it was. I'm devastated.
Got the EXACT swing I had been dying for at our baby shower. Easy set up and loved the easy touch like menu right there on top. With having new little one anything to help free up the hands is so helpful. This swing has all the amenities...for approximately 3 weeks. Have never been so angry with myself over something so petty as a decision I made because I made it solely off of the looks, not outrageous price and that it could rotate for opposite position swinging. So I call for warranty and of course need receipt, well it was a baby shower gift from my grandmother ( who can not go out and shop herself) but my aunt picked it up at the store...they both say the other had the receipt. Got as a gift for my daughter. Upon opening the box I noticed that many parts of the swing were covered in red dirt. I could not get the dirt off of any of it. It looks like it was dragged though dirt. The toy comes off easily and could be a safety hazard. There was no usb attachment to plug into the wall nor did the box call for one. I had to go out and buy one specifically for the swing. Overall, it worked alright, however I wouldn’t recommend for purchase.
Bought this thinking it would be great coming from a trusted brand and store, I was wrong. The assembled swing is flimsy. The toy bar does not fasten it just sits in place, it will get knocked out every time you use it. The swing seat assembly itself is crooked, the cover is almost impossible to get on, you can hear it ripping as you pull on the fasteners. My unit also does not spin, at all. It is fixed facing sideways. The noise it plays is one music, and one TV/Radio static, loud, not soothing at all. Not worth the money.
