This is the 4th mirror I purchased. I have one each of my homes. I have also giving mirrors as gifts. Each version of any of theirs mirrors is an improvement. I like the mirror that is chargeable and that you do not have to keep plugged in. I hate the cords all over my counter. The newest largest mirror is a plug in, if that bothers you purchase the shareable option. Quality product.

The height is too high and not adjustable. Needed to get a higher chair, but now knees interfere with the table. Also, the sensor is too sensitive; goes on when you want it off and difficult to turn off. Once you get it to turn off and step away, it senses your motion and turns on again. Also, the dimmer slide is finicky and not smooth; shines too bright or dims too dark, even if moving finger slowly. Please send this to your R&D and redesign this. Other than that, the quality and build is good. Would return, but already opened it.

I have had a simplehuman mirror for probably 15 years. I started having problems with it staying charged. I thought it was time for a new one. It is awesome. I love all the magnifications that are offered on this one. Also love the way you can change the lighting. This is a wonderful mirror. My old was awesome too. Good products.

I noticed other comments about lights not coming on or the mirror dimming while people were using it. My mirror started doing the same thing. I was told by support to reset it but that there needed to be nothing in front of the mirror when I did that. When they say nothing, they mean not even a blank wall and the mirror needs nothing in front for at least 5 feet. My bathroom is long but narrow. It HAS to face a wall that is 4 feet 9 inches away in order for me to use it. So, after reseting my mirror in a larger space, it goes back to glitching when I put it back on my bathroom vanity. I checked the description and as of 12/21/23 I don’t see anything explaining it must be 5 feet from anything including a blank wall in order for it to work. When I saw that my well-loved mirror was starting to lose it's finish on its handle, I thought perhaps I should try out simplehuman's newer "trio" mirror, so I wouldn't have to haul out my separate folding 10x mag mirror, which I also own and use for travel. I ordered this beautiful trio mirror and was so excited to try it out -- BUT, and this is a big but for us short folks -- I agree with other reviewers that it simply does not tilt forward down far enough for me (I'm 5'1" on a good day!) to comfortably stay seated and see my entire face and neck while sitting at my bathroom vanity. Perfect fit for my newly renovated bathroom and my stature. Rose gold complements the oil rubbed copper sink and fixtures. Sitting on the 36” vanity it is the perfect height (I’m 5’ tall). This bathroom is small but I have not experienced any excessive light sensitivity. Easy to flip sides to change magnifications. Has allowed me to condense down from using two mirrors. Perfect.
I thought I knew how big my previous vanity mirror was – the same size? Boy was I wrong! This thing is massive, and I absolutely love it! I’ve never had a 10X mirror, let alone one that lights up. This one surpasses all of my expectations. I never knew how much I needed this in my life until I experienced it firsthand, and now I feel like a goddess every time I sit down at my vanity. This mirror replaced a Sensor Mirror Pro from 2017 that would no longer hold a charge. I’ve had this new one for about six months.As other reviewers have said, the stand is too tall and can't be adjusted lower or tilted at an angle that provides better viewing. I have the back of the base propped up so it angles down slightly. It helps a little but doesn’t really solve the problem.The 10x insert at the bottom is awkward and requires me to crane my neck to the right height. I much preferred the removable 10x mirror in the center of my old Sensor Mirror Pro.I should have returned this mirror during the 45 day return window and purchased the Simplehuman mirror being sold at Costco and QVC; it has the removable 10x mirror like my old Sensor Pro.

I did find that the strongest section, 10 power, might have been more useful located at the top position rather down at the bottom. But that’s just my preference. This mirror is illuminated by a complete circle of led lights. The ring of light I had an opaque lens to eliminate any hot spots. At first, I was disappointed that this mirror didn’t come in gold or black, match my bathroom, and I hummed and hoed . over it for a few weeks. I finally settled on the rose gold, which isn’t that rose gold at all. It’s more of a silver color with a hint of rose, but the mirror and the magnification is so sleek and so incredibly clear that it has made me look past the color. I absolutely love the 10 times magnification it shows me so much of what I didn’t know was there. You can see every pore in every hair on your face. The good the bad and the ugly I would highly recommend this mirror. It’s a fabulous height so you don’t feel like you have to hurt your neck to look down into it and I love that the lighting is adjustable
