Unfortunately, the suction cups don’t stay adhered to the side of our sink since the porcelain is slightly uneven by design. We hold it up with the feet of the SimpleHuman large dish rack. I give it a 3 because even if the sink had perfectly flat porcelain and any lip existed between the side of the marble countertop and the sink, the caddy would become torqued unevenly. This leads to the suction cups being pulled unevenly, which causes them to detach sooner. Overall, SimpleHuman products are fantastic, this one just didn’t quite fit our sink design. Thanks

I thought this would solve my sponge storage problem and for a few weeks, it did.I tried keeping it clean, washing it every week but the inside bottom is narrow and very difficult to access.If you get crafty with a screwdriver and some brute force you can eventually disassemble the whole thing to properly clean it (I did).Unfortunately, the rubber bushing inside the caddy got moldy within a few weeks. Also, the suction cups that attach to the sink get easily stained (tomato sauce water is the killer).Overall, a purchase that I regret and it's since been disassembled, some bits in the bin and others in the recycling. And the search for a decent sink caddy continues...

If you’re not used to having anything hooked on your sink or other Spongeholders like I was then this is perfect for you. it saves you room on the top of your counter/sink. It’s nice and slim it sticks on great with four suction cups and a little top bracket for extra strength so it never loosens or tilts forward. Easy to put on and takeoff and to clean if u even have to and most of all it has a nice sleek/slim look it matches beautifully with every sink and it doesn’t take up sink room if that’s what your worried about I know I was. Another awesome product by simple human. You will love it, I know I do.
I decided to buy this simplehuman caddy for several reasons:1) It uses 4 suction cups for a tight grip on the wall of the sink.2) The ledge hanger supplies additional security against slipping.3) The slim version provides adequate space to hold 2 full-sized sponges.4) Drainage holes allow for the sponges to dry quickly after a normal squeeze.5) This slim sink caddy has an attractive finish and a 5 year warranty.After years of chasing sponges around pools of soapy sink water, and constantly attempting to reposition other 2-cup caddies that never stayed where I put them, I am very happy to write this review of an excellent product that actually exceeds my expectations, and has never moved from where I first placed it.
We had to return our purchase of this item as it was not able to hold even a small bottle of dish soap. It would only be good for holding a brush handle. It was perfect size otherwise. It was not it’s width or how deep down it was, it was the other depth. It’s dimensions should be reviewed and maybe adjusted slightly. Great product otherwise.
I recently purchased this sink caddy for my home, and I planned to use it with my stainless steel sink. Unfortunately, the caddy kept on losing its suction and falls into the sink. This happens every 5-6 hours with me trying different ways or areas of applying the suction cups. The situation went on for about a week, until I decided to remove all the products in the caddy because maybe I am putting more load than it's designed to handle. Same issue.For now, I am hanging the metal arm around the leg of a drying rack so it catches the caddy when the suction cup eventually loses its power. Other than this, it's a great product all around.

Instead of leaving my sponges on the side of the counter now which would ruin the granite, I decided this would be a great option and since it was made by Simplehuman I thought it was a good choice. Even though it's only $13, I wish I could get my $13 back. It has never stayed in place and falls at least 1 time a day if not 20 times. What's the point of something if it's not going to stay? I either need to find another brand or just a little tray to put on the side of my sink now because this is going in the trash can. It's just basically expensive trash. The old caddy we had would lose its suction over time. I can't remember how many low-end caddies I went through. Simplehuman created a great caddy with a simple solution. A bar that rests over the sink! Problem solved. This little caddy is sleek and slender but holds everything I need. I love how well-made SH products are.
