I love this spice mix, it has great quality ingredients, good taste and aroma. It is also super versatile, Iuse it in many different recipes but my favorite way is to add it to fish. The package is also good and keeps the mix fresh. Third time purchasing and using it all the time.
I would like to say thank you to this i herb company that ships great herbal remedies, health products, and essential oils at very amazing prices. I ordered this for my sister. I was looking for Badia French blend because I noticed a difference in inflammation almost immediately after using them but now I am out of the Badia French herbs and can not find them at my grocery store for some reason. I hope this French herbs is just as good as the Badia French blend. I am not sure of the benefits of being in a glass container since Badia French herbs are in a plastic container that is recyclable. These herbs appear to be in a glass container.
Taste great and very fresh, herbs de provence is similar to Italian seasonings but with lavender as well. It's the French take on aromatic spices used in Northern Italy. Great for sauces and any Italian recipe. What I like is the balance of flavor and combination that this mixture offers.
