First feeling is surprising because little sweet comparatively to other brands. But ultimately good. Even more benefits for long effort when you take several products often sweetened that finish to disgust. No need to drink for a better digestion.

V tasty. Good steady energy release. NOt like some others eg. GU which give a bit more of a hit. I found they really kept me going well all day. Especially noticed toward the end of a long King Alfred Way day when I still had legs to make good time up the hills.

Decided to try this flavour as the black current I usually go for was out of stock - now this is my new favourite flavour! A great burst of energy and helped to stop my legs from cramping whilst running. Would highly recommend.
Pleasant enough taste, a choice of half a dozen different flavours, not all of them have been tried so far; but used in conjunction with the hydro drink keep me cycling further than just using plain water. Like the hydro drink, the energy release is slow, so I use one every 10 miles or so.
They do exactly what they say. When you need a quick burst of energy to get over that final hurdle then SiS gels are my go to favourite. The 20 box also gives a good mixture of flavours.
Not being a sweet tooth, it is hard to find a dextrose gel that doesn't make me want to gag. But these are fine. The top can be hard to tear off in the rain with cold fingers
Even though I’m a lifelong racer I’ve only recently tried gels as a form of fuelling. I am definitely a convert now as I find them so easy to digest and they keep me going on long rides without the need for solid foods. The SIS range all seem to have a fairly neutral taste not too sugary just right
Tried various gels for my upcoming marathon and whilst others offer more cards per gel, I keep coming back to sis pineapple as its palletable and sits well on long runs/races.
