I’ve been crafting for 5 years by making t-shirt designs, customizing cups and handmade keychains. I’ve also been a loyal customer and supporter of Circuit machines, vinyls and materials. After spending thousands of dollars of dollars on only Cricut products and being slightly disappointed I am so glad I came across Siser HTV. So far I’ve only been using Siser Glitter HTV and I can honestly say it’s 1000% better than Cricut Glitter HTV. Siser has tons of fun colors and the adhesive on Siser Glitter HTV adheres very well and Cricut’s peels away from fabrics easily and you can not layer Cricut glitter to glitter.

I used this sparkle white HTV on a black sweatshirt. I didn't notice any lint on my clothes after wearing the sweatshirt, but before I was even done ironing on the vinyl I noticed it was turning black. Not sure if that was from the sweatshirt (I don't know if the lint could even move around under the transfer plastic) but it was no longer bright white.

It took a few tries to get it right but after I did, it worked great! This was my first time using glitter iron on, this one is a bit thicker than the regular iron on. I learned how to adjust the cricut and was able to make my project! I already washed the tee shirt and put it in the dryer, it kept it’s appearance!

While I’m only giving this four stars, I did absolutely love this gold glitter HTV. The reason I’m only giving it four stars is because finding the proper cut settings on my machine for it was a little more difficult. Wrong cut settings left me with hours of weeding.. It’s also very hard to find the correct resources when it comes to cutting different types of HTV online. The product itself doesn’t have the setting listed, and instead you need to search online. However, the quality of this HTV is amazing. Once i did get the cut settings cut right, weeding time cut down tremendously. Pure gold glitter!!!
Very satisfied with this purchase - used to be able to sublimate on darker colors. Accepted the heat of sublimation without any issues. Only took 10 seconds at 315 to get the HTV onto the fabric and have the ability to peel the carrier film, then sublimate. Not only can you sublimate on darker colors, but you can sublimate on 100% cotton when this is behind the sublimation. Great product.
Siser brand HTV is the best quality HTV for the price. I enjoy using this brand when I have vinyl orders. It’s easy to use and the end result is phenomenal! I usually press 2-3 times on 385 for 15 seconds; pressing the image from the front and back.
I love Siser heat transfer vinyl especially the glitter HTV. Siser HTV is the ONLY vinyl I'll buy. It cuts and weeds easily and stands up to many many washes. I made a shirt over a year ago that has a small piece of vinyl that started to lift, I just pressed it back down and it stayed down. The amazing part about that particular shirt is that it's 3 layers of glitter vinyl over glitter vinyl. Siser HTV also makes the design on my shirts pop! I get so many compliments on my Siser regular heat tranfer vinyl and Siser glitter heat transfer vinyl made shirts. I have so much confidence in the quaity of Siser Heat Transfer Vinyl that I made 15 shirts using 3 layers of Siser HTV for early Christmas presents this year and they loved them! The siser paper is the absolute best paper. When I first started my tee shirt business, I would use circuit. But the paper was so difficult to remove and didn’t stay on well. So I decided to change and it was to the siser paper. This paper is a miracle paper. Easy to use and my products come out like a winner. I would never use any other type of paper. This is what keeps me running to Michaels. I’m there every other week. You can always find every color you need. I really enjoy the large selection of siser paper and tools. And I also love the deals Michaels have to offer on it.My customers are very happy and satisfied. I've heard that people swear by Siser but hadn't had the chance to test it out for myself before now. I made two winter pillows and needed white glitter iron on after I ran out of the Cricut roll. After using Cricut brand first and then trying the new Siser I bought, I will not go back to the Cricut brand! Siser was super easy to cut, and fused to my fabric almost immediately, and there have been no peeling issues so far. The Cricut brand stuff took *forever* to iron on and started peeling almost immediately, despite multiple ironing attempts. I will definitely try more Siser stuff over Cricut in the future, way cheaper and more effective!
Siser is just the best HTV that I've used... Whether it's the "usual" or the glitter or the electric - it's wonderful to work with! The glitter HTV is definitely thicker, but it's still easy to cut and it doesn't tear up my blade like some other vinyl does. And, it's super easy to weed, even though it is thicker than the easy weed variation. (Plus - have you seen all the colors?!?!)
