I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I try to stick to a skincare regimen. I really like how it nourishes my skin. Of course, it's just high-quality masks, there's no magic happening. But I absolutely love the quality of my skin, its hydration, and the glow after a course of masks. I leave it on for 10-20 minutes. It has enough time to fully absorb, at least 80% for sure. The mask itself is pleasant but dense. After the course (I'm still in the process of finishing it, as you can see from the masks), my skin is as I mentioned earlier, plus it heals faster, there are fewer inflammations, and the complexion is more even.

When applying the mask on my skin, it feels extremely soft, cool, extremely comfortable and due to the nature of this mask is cotton, it sticks to the skin well, does not slide around. There are some types of paper masks when I buy, I don't have time to read the ingredients carefully, most of the time when I open it, I often get the smell of perfume in my nose, so I throw them away, very lucky. is SK-II Facial Treatment Mask without perfume, her scent is Pitera's natural smell (smells like FTE)If any of you have used this mask, you know that it is very thick, very wet, according to the company, it is recommended to use the mask for about 5-15 minutes, but I still use it for 20 minutes. Could do without.

Love SK-II Pitera (especially their Essence), great patent ingredient for moisture and anti-aging. I wanted to love this mask, I really did, but I couldn't. For the price, you'd think you would get a much more luxurious and high quality mask. The actual sheet mask itself is VERY thick and stiff, it doesn't sit on the face very well especially at rounded areas like your chin and nose. This isn't a huge deal breaker for me, but I this masks pills like CRAZY once you take it off and try to pat the leftover serum in. Overall very unpleasant, there are so many other choices for mask at a better price point.

It wasn’t overly sluggish and it certainly didn’t feel dry so I think I’ll get more than one use.As far as a negative I think it irritated my eyes a little bit. I had trouble getting it out of my eye area. I wish the eye holes were bigger.it didn’t go all the way up to my hairline. Nice but Not Worth the Price!

I want to love this sheet mask…I really do. But for 10 masks, the price is just too much for my blood. It averages out to $14.50/mask, which I have purchased 10 masks for the price of just one of these and have loved the results of those. So, for me, the ends don’t justify the means on these. That said, the mask itself is really nice, just not a miracle worker for the price you pay. Skin is soft and supple. Please note: I receive a sample in return for my honest review. I only had one. I am not sure if this is a product that offers improved results the more frequent you use it. Unfortunately, I will never know because of the price of these. If you can afford these, they are nice.

Man, these are expensive but WOW, do they ever create an immediate effect on the skin. I first tried this in the discovery set that comes with 1 mask, a smaller essence and a mini toner. Great set to try all 3. The pack is loaded with juice. DON'T WASTE IT!!!! Before I even open the mask I'll cut a small corner off and squeeze the juice into the palm of my hand and apply it EVERYWHERE with my hands. And I mean, everywhere. Face, neck, arms, stomach, chest. So I’ve had an eye for these masks for a while, so when I saw that I could get a free sheet mask with my beauty insider pts it was definitely worth trying out. I’m in love with my Skii pitera essence so I quickly assumed I’d love these too. The mask was a perfect size very cooling and refreshing. After removing the mask and tapping in the extra serum into my face that’s when I started to feel that the mask was peeling.. white residue kept coming out as the more I rubbed my skin it looked like I had dead skin peeling off my face. Definitely had to go wash my face which was pointless after using a face mask. Thanks to the free mask I don’t have to waste my money on an actual set.
