I'm incredibly disappointed. I had been a devoted SK II fan for many years. However, I had to stop using their products for a while due to the high prices. Recently, I decided to give it another try and purchased the Facial Treatment Essence, but unfortunately, my experience was disheartening. After using it for about a week, my face developed redness and bumpy skin. Now, I'm hesitant to continue using it, and I can't return the product since the box has been opened.
