It's fine but I'm not impressed. For the price I was hoping for miracles (or at least noticeable results, fast) but sk-II just doesn't deliver. I used this cream almost daily for 2 weeks. It made my skin soft and didn't break me out, but I don't like the smell and I feel like it is less effective for anti-aging than my usual routine. I also had trouble layering this moisturizer over my usual toner and serum, even if I waited between steps. It just pilled up and didn't absorb. I received this as a sample to test so I don't know if it plays better with other sk-II products. I have used less pricey skincare products that are just as good if not better. I'd rather get a facial or treat myself to something else that's worth the triple dollar price tag.

I have tried several skii products before, but never this one. And holy cow, the smell, the texture everything about it was amazing!! My skin felt sooo soft after using it, more hydrated and overall just a better feeling! It truly is like a whipped air product! Ive used tons of moisturizers before this one, like i mean hundreds, and this by far takes the cake! I cannot wait to purchase more of this becuase it is truly that good! The smell isnt overpowering at all, its like a fresh clean smell. The amount of product that came in it too, you literally only need a dab of it for your entire face. I could not be happier with a moisturizer and havent stopped using it since i got it!

I probably should have bought the airy cream since it’s for combination skin but it wasn’t available and my skin was angry at me for all the actives so I got this one. The price tag will make you ugly cry since this is advertised as a basic cream and it is…but…if you’re using actives you do want a basic cream that’s going to get rid of the dryness, not pill and not turn your face into an oil slick. Heavy creams never sink into my skin but this one does. It made my angry skin calm, plump and healthy looking. Are there other ones that can do the same thing for cheaper? Probably, but I haven’t found one and I’ve tried hundreds of products to the point the Sephora employees probably qualify as my “friend squad” at this point. lol! I received this product in exchange for my review and I am glad I did! I did a quick reading on the products history and initially thought it was a hand cream. Turns out it’s a face cream. Whatever.. my logic is you can tell a persons age by their hands and their “crows feet”. I prefer the term eye smiles because smiles are prettier than feet. Anyways, after using the product for its (non) and intended purposes, I noticed a difference after 2-3 uses. I’m 33 y/o so my fine lines are definitely there, but after use I could barely see them. I received this product as a free sample in exchange for my review. I was super excited to try this moisturizer and have been using it for about two weeks now. It has a very faint fragrance and is easily spreadable on my face. It feels nice and creamy but I did notice that it doesn’t quite settle into my skin fully and does leave a slightly sticky feel even 15 minutes after applying. After 15 minutes, I’ll lightly tap my skin and I can feel my skin sticking to my fingers.With that said, this does keep me feeling hydrated all day. The texture is more of a gel, but still manages to feel thicker than my DE Protini. It plays well with all my other skincare products underneath it (serums, toners, etc.), I haven't tried it under makeup, I use this at bedtime only. I doubt I'd actually purchase this product due to the price tag, but I've really enjoyed trying it out. After trying for a couple days, I wasn’t so sure if I was impressed, especially since this is a pricey item. But after 2 weeks of use, I’m in love! I have sensitive combination skin, with some “crepey” skin under my eyes and am starting to get some fine lines on my forehead and beside my eyes. This cream has helped improve the texture and plump up in problem areas! I use this morning and night! The cream is not heavy feeling, doesn’t “pill” up, and absorbs so well! I have not noticed any irritation or redness to my sensitive skin…just feeling and looking great! I highly recommend!!

I've always heard the SK-II essence is a holy grail product, so I was so excited to try this cream.This is called a cream, but I'd describe it more as a gel-like/thin lotion texture. It spreads and absorbs really easily into my skin. It has just the slightest scent, isn't greasy feeling, and doesn't break me out! It surprisingly leaves my skin feeling instantly softer/smoother to the touch. I'm sure I'd need to use this for quite a while to see if it'll make a lasting noticeable difference with my fine lines, loss of firmness, and pores like it claims. But it's hard to stomach long term use with it being so pricey. It is a joy to use though.

Really loved the scent, quality, and the hydration is gave my skin. Makeup whether it was a skin tint or foundation looked great above it and it didn’t break the product down. I also wasn’t shiny or slick with oily skin after halday and needing to be powdered asap. Many foundations and creams tend to appear greasier or encourage the oils in my skin when combined and I cannot stand how it looks. The scent is fantastic, I assume it’s the peony extract which are a lovely smell. The glowing natural skin is noticeable right away especially after a shower and immediately hydrating the skin with the cream. I have minimal fine lines but the areas appeared more plump and not as deep. I would love to switch over but the price tag is out of my reach for a 2 oz jar.
