I adore this rug. It feels so soft underfoot and looks beautiful. Was I crazy for buying a cream covered rug with a toddler? Maybe, but it's been tested with mango already, which cleaned easily and without a trace. Even better, the rug is reversible - so it should get another chance at life if my toddler decides to decorate it with something less forgiving.Every time I walk into our living room, I think how gorgeous this rug is!

This is the first time I've purchased a rug online worried that it not come out as expected or feel soft. But I am glad I made the decision to get it, it's not like any other wool rug I've felt, incredibly soft underfoot and looks exactly like described, the colour is so perfect. It does come with a slight vinegar smell which I assume will disappear after a few weeks.

I scrolled for hours looking for a rug. So happy with my purchase, as it I truly is a stunningly luxurious rug! Looks great, perfect shades of cream and natural fibres and so soft to walk on. I didn't notice any kind of funny smell as mentioned in previous comments.
The postage & delivery was super quick, we purchased on a Friday and received it the following week. The rug looked exactly as pictured online. The rug itself is super soft & easy to clean. Suits the space amazingly! Would definitely purchase again from Rugs Online Rugs.
I love the design. Very soft cotton, lovely to walk on. Mine is white so the textural pattern is a real bonus. Delivered by a friendly courier who carried it up the stairs. I wish it was a little wider but I measured twice before ordering so that is down to me . Great service. Good quality.
Being handmade I was nervous about the quality, especially since there is so much texture in it; but there were minimal imperfections. I am extremely happy with colour and quality. Feels nice and substantial underfoot. As others have mentioned it does release some fibres with use, so definitely requires a regular vacuum. It also has a natural 'earthy' smell to it, a bit like hessian. Only slightly though. Would recommend it if you are after a modern natural look.
Beautiful thick wool rug! Delivery was quick and easy. Easy to unroll and the edges are lying flat. There’s also no extra fluff etc coming off it. The colour is perfect and looks great in our dining area. Highly recommend!
