As I get older and bending over becomes a big event, I was excited to hear about Skechers Slip-ins when they were first marketed. When my old "slip-in" (but not without bending over) sneakers started looking too embarrassing to leave the house in, I decided it was time to try out the Skechers. I found this style came in a wide width, and ordered a pair in my usual 6 1/2 W size. They are super convenient to put on and take off -- I can save my daily allotment of bending over for other things -- and look pretty good. I ordered these in the Stone Gray color, which is a little warmer (on the tan side of things) than I would usually think of for gray, but it ends up going with much of what I wear these days. And they are very comfortable. They do slip a bit at the heel ... MoreAs I get older and bending over becomes a big event, I was excited to hear about Skechers Slip-ins when they were first marketed. And they are very comfortable. They do slip a bit at the heel when I walk, but the "heel pillow" keeps them on pretty securely; I'm not sure whether or not they're a tad too big or if this is how they're supposed to fit so that you can get them on and off easily. Next time I'm in a store that sells this style I might try them in a size 6 to see if that would work better for my next pair.

I bought these to help me easliy put my shoes on as I struggle sometimes due to medical issues so I thought these would be perfect and they was to the fact that I could just slip my feet into and go. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of driving with these shoes for about 2hrs straight. They had caused a big blister on the back of my foot that I use for the pedals. They was hurting me so much that I had to get off the motorway to take them off and drive barefoot all the way home....so if you need to drive for long periods the stiffness at the back of the shoe makes this an awful experience. It might just be me but it is what it is.

I use shoes to walk and travel. Purchased the Go Walk Flex Relish. Got it in my size. My feet tend to swell a little, but these shoes are still incredibly comfortable. Great support which I need due to a prior ankle fracture. It's like walking on a cloud. Recommend you choose your usual size. Shoes run a little big to make it easier for you to slip on. And it really is easy to slip these shoes on. Great for people with arthritis or problems with bending.

This is the second pair of shoes that I have purchased recently that was disappointing. When this particular pair arrived, I tried them on and the slide on feature seemed great until I my foot was pushed so far forward. They were tight at my toes. My guess is this easy on feature takes away from size, meaning people should go up 1/2 in size. I didn't see this noted in the description but this was my experience with this particular style. I would suggest going up a half size.
I was really looking forward to getting these slip ins.I ordered my size...5.Yes they looked lovely and yes you can just " slip in " them.But..and it's a big but...they were too big and slid off when I walked in them around my home to test them.I just cannot understand why the design team at sketchers just persist in not sizing their footwear correctly. In this case I'm thinking the size 4.5 would have been perfect.However..I don't see why one should have to order a totally different size just cause the design team aren't sizing correctly.Size 4.5 isn't in stock sadly as I would of exchanged them.I have only given one star because ensuring a shoe is the size it says it is is basic common sense.I digress.
I have skewfoot - it's a birth defect where the bones in my foot never grew together correctly. It is very hard for me to find good looking and comfortable shoes that fit around my orthotics (plus my feet are 9.5W). The insoles in these can be removed and a pair of orthotics inserted, making it possible for me to walk in them without pain and without pronating. They also, miraculously, look like "normal" shoes. I also appreciate the ease with which I can slip them on and off. These are my new summer go-to slip-ons.
I have a navy pair of these and I like them a lot. They clean up nice and look good with jeans and slacks. However I have an older pair of Skechers in a similar style but black and I like them because the whole shoe is black whereas the blue ones have white bottoms. The all black are just as comfortable but are more dressy because of the black soles. I would buy all the colors if they had matching colored bottoms. I love Skechers. I even have your slippers!
I bought these for my mom after she fell and broke her hip. She struggled putting on shoes and usually wore mule style tennis shoes she could just slide her foot into. Those shoes helped cause her fall. She loves these new shoes so much! She loves how easy they are to slip her foot into, but they don't slip off her foot when walking. She has feet problems and struggles to find shoes that don't hurt but she tells me how comfortable these shoes are and have helped with her rehabilitation. She literally tells me every time I talk to her how much she loves these shoes! Please make more colors in wide width.
79 with troublesome Left pinky toe that hates compressionOverall fit and comfort of my original first and BEST Skecher was fantastic. Not this one.I am INTO shoes that accomodate senior balance and comfort but have some 'style' and don't look like clunky Crocs. I am not really Wide, but buy W because I have a L pinky that rubs inside of shoes and is painful. I look for styles with no stitching where Front begins inward curve. This Slip-In is correct length but heel opening too loose and wide so BACK pf foot lifts out with every step right from first try on. But internet ordered so keeping. But if we had a store where I live, I wouldn't buy. They actually feel pretty cheesy...as if you had a different manufacturer than my Excellent Skech-Air Air Cooled GoWalk ... More79 with troublesome Left pinky toe that hates compressionOverall fit and comfort of my original first and BEST Skecher was fantastic. I can't seem to find that on line now.Look at comparison pix - perfect fit is lower yet bouncy-firm, heel is comfy, well padded, secure and doesn't have a high rise back that irritates.
I have been wearing mostly Skechers for the past twelve years, I have dozens of pairs in all styles all are size 5.This style is fitting like a 4.5 not like all my size 5 Skechers which are perfect.I purchased the navy, sometimes colours can vary in size.Slip ons need to be a fairly snug fit for obvious reasons but these are too short. When I have seen the presentations of the Skechers step ins online, the model seems to wear a size larger than needed as you can see a gap at the heel.I expect this is to make it look effortless, they are quite easy to put on.
