Hello Myers, To tell you the truth the shoes is perfect as it’s heel is high enough so my feet won’t feel the concretes as I walk a lot (5-7km) per day because of my job. But the problem is it feel so hot as a plastic shoes and the cushioning is not soft enough to give comfort. Inside it feel a bit hard for people who walk a lot. These shoes are heavenly! I feel like I'm walking on clouds - the support the shoe provides is exceptional, normally my feet will ache following a work shift but since wearing these shoes I have not had that problem. In addition, they are have demonstrated great durability despite being worn constantly. Overall, very satisfied with these shoes and would highly recommend!

I bought this shoe for my new job in a busy kitchen. The floor is often wet and I needed a slip free comfortable shoe. The shoe was tight and not very comfortable with the insoles it came with. I removed them and put in thinner ones and the shoes fit much better and were more comfortable for hours of wear. They are definitely non slip and are keeping my feet dry when washing dishes. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the too thick insoles they come with.

i order these same shoes twice a year for 4 years now and I won't change what works. I have tried other Skecher styles and there are always something not quite right. When I put these shoes on I am comfortable all day long up to12 hours. What can I say, I will be sticking to the Erath as long as Skechers carries them. Thank you!

Also, I had ankle / tendon surgery a while back so I need shoes with good all around support and usually shoes that tie provide a better stability fit. On average, the shoes last me four to six months dependent upon how crazy busy work is. I rotate my shoes, that is, alternate two or three pairs rather than wearing the same pair daily. It improves the life time of the shoes and decreases any foot/ankle pain. As soon as foot pain persists I have to replace the shoes as soon as I can. I am a Skechers elite member so I use my rewards and look for the sales so I can get my work shoes at a reasonable price for me.

I worn this to day to day work and it’s time now after 9 months the shoes can really no longer support my feet I always go home with sore and tired feet. Its sides where the roof of the shoes glued on has gap where rain water goes in, the sides of where my feet also feels like it’s made a slight hole on the inside I hoped it could’ve lasted for longer but unfortunately it’s not the same like the other branded shoes I used to own. I need to get a new pair I’m familiar with.
Fourth time I have purchased these shoes and it will be the last. The quality has slipped drastically. The “removable memory foam” insert is longer memory foam but pretty much paper thin and they are far from removable. I nearly ruined a brand new pair of shoes trying to remove the insert so that I could put my orthotics in.
This is the perfect work shoes that I’ve always been looking for. Very comfortable and runs not too big, neither too small on my foot. The cushion parts inside are nice. They are soft and bouncy enough just to support me all day during my long shift at work. Highly recommend to people who are looking for a pair of work shoes. I did go half size bigger than my normal shoes size as I found it more comfortable.
Most comfortable shoes for work. Keep feet warm and dry. Great for standing on hard surfaces for longer amounts of time as they cushion your feet. Had to take first one back as sole had a strange squeak when walking. Seemed a faulty pair. But rebought them and they are perfect.
It's a comfortable shoes, the foam is so good and so soft it's like walking on a foam floor. But I suggest u to choose the right size for your shoe, like don't choose a loose size because it will be abit uncomfy. I usually wear bigger shoes bcs of personal reason, and I choose a bigger size for this shoes as well, it turned out that before I walk, everything was sosososososo comfortable. But when I walk, sometimes I feel uncomfy bcs I chose the wrong size 🥲
