Having a double mastectomy years ago and going thru reconstruction I was told wearing an underwire bra might not be comfortable due to the scar tissue from it. I was then told that because the implants used were firmer than normal breast tissue I could probably get away with not having to wear a bra at all. This bra was awful. i didn’t try it on i the store , it felt soft so i took home to try on but two things are off . The size of the different version (non crossover) is way off. I’m a 38b (small c) cup and the large i couldn’t even get my tiny boobs into . it barely covered them with much side overhang but the XL was so big i would have need to be a DD cup. The band/ cup sizes are off for this brand or is made for plastic bodies of women shaped like barbie dolls or the Kardashians skinny waists and giant behinds . Not for me . Oh and the lining inside the bra? Why? hot sticky in CA temps which is where the designer lives . Nope returned them . I’ll stick with Victoria’s secret bras which sizing is consistent .

This material is everything!!!! Im waiting on my Skims ultimate bra so will post on that later but the crossover bralette is literally the most comfortable bra I've ever put on. My ONLY improvement would be some compression on the sides for us women over 50 with not so full breasts. I've waited years to afford skims and I have to say, as a former Victorias Secret junkie, SKIMS stole my heart!!!!!! Worth every penny.Fun fact; NOW all competitor's are trying to replicate skims. NOW everyone is all inclusive lolSKIMS! She did it right because she knew what wasn't out there that needed to be.Best advice I can give, buy 1 thing and then judge.

Exactly what I was looking for as far as quality, construction and versatility. I am a 36D and I ordered the XL. The cups are nice and stretchy and so comfy but run a little on the small side and the band runs larger than expected. This design and model would be an absolute must-have for all females if the makers could tweak the sizing a little. Other than that it’s most definitely the most comfortable bra since the original VS cotton days of the late 90’s.
I like the feeling of this bralette, felt comfortable on, and maybe one day I'll buy it again to keep. However I felt it was very thin with no support. I know bralettes are not built with the same support as bras but I felt like it was too flimsy to wear everyday. Probably more for a lounge at home type of bralette. Can be compacted very small like a pair of underwear! However, you can 100% see hard nipples through this bra. Something to keep in mind if you do or don't care about that!
After having had breast surgery and having to get implants as part of reconstruction, i didn't even know what size bra to buy. But i was told not to wear underwire anymore. So i reached out to the unbelievable ladies at Skims customer service and i have never been more impressed with a customer service team! .i was sent a list of their bralettes and this was one of them, and i decided to try it. The fit is PERFECT. I have worn it daily since it arrived. For ref i am 32 underbust and 35 across my bust, ( a smallish C). I got size SMALL. I feel secure and comfortable. So happy with the fit and the beautiful lavender color. I’m coming back for the neon yellow, i already got the boyshorts in that color.
I’ve purchased one of the triangle design bralettes before and I found the band a little unforgiving, constricting and would sort of ride up pretty quickly with wear. I also felt like I would spill out of the bra. I don’t feel nearly anything like that with the crossover design. The hook and eyes at the back allow for some adjustability that the more standard triangle design doesn’t allow, that little bit of extra “come together” in the front allows you to feel contained in the bra and I find myself reaching for this design more than the others.
After reading reviews, I sized up (I'm usually a 34A) to ensure a more comfortable-fitting band, and the band was perfect but my small breasts just didn't quite fill out the cup, and the cross-over cup gaped open a bit with the slightest forward lean. As with the Naked Plunge bralette, I think this bra might work better if it had a even a small amount of padding, but it just didn't quite work for my shape as is. It's also possible that the proportion is off since I sized up to get a more comfortable-fitting band. And maybe someone with a true A cup (I might be even smaller!), this would work.
I wanted to try this brand with minimal financial investment, so I bought from clearance.I really got lucky with this bralette ( which I have never worn this type of bra before.)The fabric is butter soft, the color is beautiful, the fit is great and I almost would wear it all the time. Though for me in public, I need more support. So around the house my gurlz are feeling very well taken care of.I would definitely buy again & recommend to anyone who wants to talk bras.
I bought 3 items. They were all different sizes, but they all fit, thanks to the size description provided on the website. The order arrived quickly, the colors match. I am very pleased. Thank you.P.S. The only thing is that they all came in plastic bags. I have previously made orders, and they came to me in a beautiful SKIMS box. I don’t know what this is connected with. Perhaps with the country, since I made an order in Ireland for the first time.
