This cleanser is gentle Enough for everyday use. The nice thing about this cleanser is that it didn’t create new break outs from day 1 of use. I only have a little bit of spots on my cheeks which are more folliculitis and it didn’t aggravate it or create further or new inflammation. My skin was extremely soft and hydrated after just one use
