I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this. I did not love the Triple lipid restore cream and that was my first introduction to this brand. I have developed acne and skin sensitivities this past year and started taking medication. I suspect that helped reduce my sebum production but THIS has dramatically improved my skin texture and reduced break outs. I always have lil bumps around my mouth and they are gone. My skin also looks more even and vibrant. I have used these active ingredients before but they always managed to irritate my skin and strip away moisture. This is effective but gentle and not too drying. BUY THIS.

I desperately wanted this serum to work for me, but sadly, it didn't work any magic. I always thought salicylic acid was just for pimply zit-faced Neutrogena teenagers. As a teen, I never got a single pimple and was completely clear-skinned. It was only in my 30s that I started getting terrible hormonal acne around my chin and was always dealing with painful cystic pimples. I tried everything — all kinds of skincare regimens, medications, facials, etc. Using this product every single day is finally helping me keep it under control.
