I got this after reviewing which moisturizer in the line would be most beneficial for my late 30s skin. Primarily have hyperpigmentation and (luckily) very few fine lines. I love this product! It applies wonderfully and by end of day my skin still looks healthy and glowy as it works to even tone. I use a HA under this and/or my Skinceuticals active. Appreciate the science behind this brand.

Love love love this light weight moisturizer! My skin is super sensitive and i have rosacea this doesnt break me out or clog my pores. The product absorbs into my skin immediately. I have noticed my skin clearer and more evenly toned. The only complaint would be the price for me but i havent found anything even close to comparison or a cheaper version though so i put up with it for happy skin.

I haven’t used this long enough to see an effect on sun damage but the high glycerin content in combination with the niacinamide is hydrating, plumping and smoothing. I don’t think it’s hydrating enough, however, to use as a moisturizer on dry winter skin — I use a moisturizer on top. The price is steep and the product can sting a little when applied to the skin. But overall this is a high quality product that I would recommend.

I have been using the Skinceuticals line for years EXCEPT for my light lotion in the warmer months. I’m normal/combo, in the winter I need a light cream, summer light lotion. (I’m just shy of 40 and in perimenopause)I had high hopes for this but it leaves my skin feeling slightly tacky and I’m also breaking out. Nothing in my regime has changed but this.It does feel and smell wonderful gliding on, and if I reduce the amount (1 pump for face avoiding eyes) it’s not enough but anything more is too much even bringing it down my neck.I’ve only been using it for a few weeks and honestly my skin does feel smoother but nothing more. I’m not sure if I’ll be purchasing this again or going back to my old light lotion.

SkinCeuticals Metacell Renewal B3 serum is amazing! I call it my everyday magic! It is such a smooth, soft serum... it just melts into your skin! I have super sensitive skin and it does not irritate or cause redness and it works very well under makeup. I use it everyday and on the nights that I use Retin-A I put Metacell Renewal B3 on first. After a few months of using two times a day I am seeing a reduction in fine lines and my skin texture is noticeably better. This is probably my favorite SkinCeuticals product and I will never be without it!
Loved the product-skin felt moisturized, soft, and radiant. However, it’s spendy and I’m not sure I couldn’t get similar results from similar, cheaper products. Also, packaging wastes a fair amount when “empty.” After pump failed to dispense, I disassembled and was able to recover a solid 3 weeks worth of product from inside and place in another container. Do better, skinceuticals, use packaging that doesn’t waste expensive product.
Finally back in stock and got to order this….been waiting awhile. Glad I did as it lives up to all the hype! Makes my skin happy happy happy! A little goes a long way, I made sure to rub it in all the way and use with the HA intensifier under it. It’s only been a few days but I like the way it feels and the initial appearance of my skin since adding this. I follow up with the triple lipid moisturizer. Can’t wait to see what happens after a few weeks of use.
This was my go to moisturizer for sensitive skin. I ordered a new bottle and immediately started getting flushed and broken out. They added linalool at the some point and that’s a terrible ingredient for sensitive skin. I’m an aesthetician and not having a heads up that there was a formula change is super disappointing! Can’t and won’t continue using this.
Does a beautiful job hydrating, firming, and balancing skin. I have sensitive skin and this is very gentle - no redness or breakouts. I use it twice a day and love it. My only complaint is the packaging. It's impossible to know how much is remaining in the bottle. Also, I always disassemble the bottle when "empty" and find more usable product. Please change the packaging so your customers can get the most out of their product and know when to re-order!
