This product is one that I have a love/hate relationship with. What it is is a potent, nighttime antioxidant that helps to mend damage to your skin that is caused intrinsic factors that age the skin. (Ex. Normal aging and getting older). Resveratrol is derived from red wine and helps your skin to repair itself at night. Sounds good, right? Well…it is good but it’s not good for my skin. My skin is oily and breaks out easily. This product feels greasy going on the skin and always causes consistent acne issues on my skin while using. I would definitely recommend it for people who are normal/dry and who do not have acne prone or congested skin.

Awful

Received this as a sample size in bundle product. Within 8 hours after use (applied at night) my face was bright red, inflamed, swollen and beginning to blister. Within 36 hours my face was covered in tiny whiteheads (allergic contact dermatitis) and multiple areas were blistering. Took around 5 days to clear up, and my skin was incredibly dry, rough and sensitive for a couple weeks after. I'm very careful with new products, and didn't use it until about 5 days after my last application of any treatment serums. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've never had any problems with any other Skinceutical products,.

Brightens & Lessons My Breakouts

I received a sample with one of my orders and noticed very little of this product in a matter of days is needed to see a difference in the appearance of my skin! I have used Skinceuticals now for 3 years after my daughter's problematic skin cleared after seeing her Dermatologist and using Skinceutical products. Yes, it may seem expensive but if the products are applied properly, they last as long (if not longer) than the cheaper brands and you see a short term and long term difference with improving the texture, age spots, wrinkles, brightening and lessebs breakouts in your skin. I heard great things about SkinCeuticals and was really excited to try out some products...given how expensive they are, I had really high expectations. I didn't have the best skin care night routine but I did use an oil cleanser, foam cleanser, toner, and serum before bed. I've used these brands for many years and love them, but I really wanted to start using a product at night with anti-aging properties and decided to try this. I also didn't like the consistency of it, it's like a gel. Although it says to use a treatment after it's hard to know at what point because it does not dry! Even in the morning I can still feel some residual on my skin. I've since stopped using it and gone back to my previous products. Clearly others have had a great experience, and maybe I didn't use it long enough, but it would be hard to buy another bottle when I haven't seen any positive changes. I'll probably give this bottle to my sister so she can try it out.

Nighttime Protection

Another awesome product by SkinCeuticals!!! I was excited when this nighttime antioxidant serum debuted since I already use their daytime antioxidant serum (CE Ferulic) and have had great results with it. This serum is a gel that goes on smooth with a primer like consistency, but without that grippy feeling on your face afterwards. I've noticed firmer skin and a brighter complexion in the morning (after a few months of course), which definitely was not there until I started using this product.I use about 1-1.5 pumps nightly, and that's enough to cover my whole face and neck. The only caveat with this product is, besides the steep price is that I tend to go through this gel serum quicker than my other thinner serums.

Terrible Allergic Reaction

I have used (and have had good results with) many Skinceuticals over the long years. My flawless 70 year old skin is the envy of most. What a mistake it was to give this product a try. My face has been a painful, burning, blotchy, bumpy, sand-paper like disaster since yesterday, with no end in sight. I have been taking Benadryl and have applied Cortisone twice a day. If I could tolerate a Medrol pak, I would. I don’t know how long this is going to last. I have 2 important events this weekend, and seriously doubt that I will be be able to attend. I have no idea how long this will take to resolve and, frankly, I am angry that my beautiful skin appears to be destroyed. This product really works

I have been using Skin Cuticles Resveratrol B E for about 6 months now and I really see results. I used to go to a Medical Facial Plastics Spa for injections to treat signs of beginning jaw line sagging. It was a very expensive procedure and the treatments lasted for about six months. I learned about the use of topical Resveratrol and decided to give it a try. I purchased Skin Cuticles Resveratrol B E from the DERMSTORE and have been extremely pleased with the results. My jaw line is tighter, more defined and my entire facial skin is firmer and brighter. Although it is a bit pricey, I use it only in my evening skincare regimen and a little bit goes a long way. I highly recommend this product for women with maturing skin that needs a little TLC.

Note: Twice a month (2-3days a week alternating days) I add in Retinol 1.0 in the evening. This stuff is strong and it will tighten, and make you feel a little dry, and peel slightly. Use generously your moisturizing products mentioned above, and it really helps! But the results are no joke, AMAZING! If you don’t use Retinol, maybe try working your way up to this strength. But for me, I want the maximum benefits straight away! The very last thing I’ll mention is that I keep all my skin products except for the sunscreen in the fridge. Again, I want to help keep these expensive products fresh, and I find the cooling effect feels great on my skin. Hope this review was helpful. an amazingly potent formula

I know Skinceuticals has a good reputation, and I tried several of their products before, but I am reluctant to spend that kind of money. With that said, I am amazed by that night treatment. I have mature skin, but it is in overall very good shape, so it is hard for me to see how potent and efficient a product is. This gel is a different breed of skincare product. I could see results the first morning after I started using it. My skin is rested, quietly glowy like very healthy skins are. I use a good moisturizer underneath, and I let it do its magic.
