This product is one that I have a love/hate relationship with. What it is is a potent, nighttime antioxidant that helps to mend damage to your skin that is caused intrinsic factors that age the skin. (Ex. Normal aging and getting older). Resveratrol is derived from red wine and helps your skin to repair itself at night. Sounds good, right? Well…it is good but it’s not good for my skin. My skin is oily and breaks out easily. This product feels greasy going on the skin and always causes consistent acne issues on my skin while using. I would definitely recommend it for people who are normal/dry and who do not have acne prone or congested skin.

Fantastic Long Term Results

I've been using Skinceuticals products for over 5 yrs and I've been extremely satisfied with results. However, the SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E is one product that I don't want be without. This particular product has changed my aging, discolored, and acne-prone skin into visibly firmer, brighter, and healthier looking skin. I realize genetics and various other Skinceuticals products I use contribute to my overall skin improvement but this is one product that a little goes a long way and is easy to use with noticeable results. I often get comments as not 'looking my age' but even more important, since using Skinceuticals products, I rarely have breakouts. Love, love, love this product!

Great product and packaging

I am 56 with fair skin that has been "thinning" as I age (ladies my age, you know what I mean!). I have been using this product for about a year and there is a visible improvement in the texture of my skin, which has "thickened" back to where it was 15-20 years ago. The pump/bag combo popped right out and I learned there is zero (and I mean zero!) product left in the bottom of the bottle, it's an illusion created by the bag itself. There was only a scant amount of the product left in the vacuum packed bag, which I pressed toward the bottom and was able to use. If you take the thing apart you will see the packaging is actually perfect because the pump sucks out every lost drop of the product from the vacuum sealed bag! I've always loved this product but now I'm even more impressed.

Nighttime Protection

Another awesome product by SkinCeuticals!!! I was excited when this nighttime antioxidant serum debuted since I already use their daytime antioxidant serum (CE Ferulic) and have had great results with it. This serum is a gel that goes on smooth with a primer like consistency, but without that grippy feeling on your face afterwards. I've noticed firmer skin and a brighter complexion in the morning (after a few months of course), which definitely was not there until I started using this product.I use about 1-1.5 pumps nightly, and that's enough to cover my whole face and neck. The only caveat with this product is, besides the steep price is that I tend to go through this gel serum quicker than my other thinner serums.

Do not buy this product! I wish I read the reviews before trying this. I have been using skinceutical products since February with no problems. I used this for two nights in a row and woke up after the second night with itching, burning, a rash and hives. I called the customer service department at 9am on Friday, the agent put me on hold 3 separate times and said that she could not locate anyone who can help me, but that someone would call me back within 24 hours. It’s been two days and I have not heard from anyone. If you are going to try this product, PLEASE read the reviews first. I had to apply a prescription steroid cream and have finally found relief, but my face still looks horrible. I have suffered from Rocecia that began during a hot spell 2 summers ago and has vexed my previously flawless skin since. I cannot e a cleansing facial because I cannot tolerate exfoliation or steam. I take Resveratrol orally so I knew I could tolerate it. I purchased it an it was sticky and uncomfortable and did nothing good or bad, it was a waste of $. I got it at Amazon and that reminds me as a Prime member to call and get my money back. What I did begin using was an old faithful that if you read the ingredients you would think not. Terrible Reaction

This burned off parts of my skin!! It left part of my skin raw, leaking, red. It took over a week to heal.The first time I used this and it happened- I wasn't sure it was this product because it was so severe- I thought I must have scratched my face or done something without realizing it. Because of the irritation/wounding to my skin-(It looks like parts of my skin got scratched off or burned off) I didn't put much on my skin for a week. I genuinely thought I must have done something like scratched it in my sleep it was so weird. SO once it haled- I re-tried this one a second time- but theexact same thing happened! So much I love about this product. My skin is soft, hydrated, smooth, and bouncy. I this is only my first bottle and I already feel the difference in my skins hydration, and wake up with lovely dewy skin. For reference: I have sensitive skin, and had no adverse reaction. My SkinCeuticals morning routine is as follows: First, I cleanse alternating with Glycolic Renewal Cleanser Gel, and twice a week with Micro Exfoliating Scrub, next I tone with REN Daily Steady Glow AHA Lotion Tonique , I then apply CE Ferulic, follow with this amazing HA intensifier, next B5 gel, AGE Eye Complex, then Triple Lipid Restore, and last SPF 50 Physical Fusion UV Defense Sunscreen. Lastly, I sleep on my SLIP pure silk pillowcase because I sure don't want all my time and money spent on these fine products sinking into a cotton pillowcase! Note: Twice a month (2-3days a week alternating days) I add in Retinol 1.0 in the evening. This stuff is strong and it will tighten, and make you feel a little dry, and peel slightly. Use generously your moisturizing products mentioned above, and it really helps! But the results are no joke, AMAZING! If you don't use Retinol, maybe try working your way up to this strength. But for me, I want the maximum benefits straight away! The very last thing I'll mention is that I keep all my skin products except for the sunscreen in the fridge. Again, I want to help keep these expensive products fresh, and I find the cooling effect feels great on my skin. Hope this review was helpful.
