Omg, I did not expect to love this so much. This is the first Vitamin C product I have ever tried and Iām never trying any other brand! Having sensitive & dry skin with many contact dermatitis allergies makes it difficult for me to find products that donāt irritate my skin. Originally I was looking to order the CE Ferulic, but while exploring the website I stumbled across the Serum 10 AOX+. When I read it was made for first timers & those with sensitive skin I knew this was the one for me. Despite my initial fears of irritation, my skin has been LOVING this. No allergic reaction whatsoever!!! I couldnāt believe!! I also canāt believe how good my skin looks, this is now my holy grail. Thank you Skinceuticals for creating such an incredible product for us sensitive folk.

I have tried so many vitamin C serums over the years and every single one of them caused breakouts. I came to terms with the fact that I just couldnāt use it. After doing more research I learned it was possibly the concentration causing the breakouts. After reading the reviews for Serum 10, I decided to give it another try. I have never been more pleased. I love this serum and I can already see my hyperpigmentation fading. I have sensitive, combination skin. This serum is lightweight and has a more watery consistency. My skin soaks it up immediately and has a beautiful glow afterwards!!!!

I purchased this thanks to the numerous reviews on this site that said it was a good, affordable alternative to the SkinCeuticals holy grail of VitC and Ferulic Acid. It did a wonderful job, and lasted a long time! I transitioned to a less expensive alternative, but I'm going to repurchase this again soon because I can tell a considerable difference between this and the one I currently use. Highly recommend, especially given the price. Considering that it lasts such a long time, the value you get out of this is worth it.
Iāve always had trouble finding a good vitamin c serum. Some are too harsh on my skin, some did nothing. I have already seen positive results Iām just a few weeks of regular use. I read somewhere that the ingredients in this are similar to the brandās infamous C E Ferulic, which my skin wouldnāt tolerate. Supposedly this is a less potent version. Donāt know if itās all true but the main ingredients are the same, I know my skin can tolerate it and I am already seeing some results. Win!!! So far, I am planning on repurchasing. The only thing I dislike about this is the consistency. Too watery. Hard to apply when itās running everywhere. I feel like much is wasted on my fingers. Iām not too keen on the scent, like something was burned.
This serum has become my go-to serum in the past year. I have used and loved the AOX 20 but recently my finicky skin has become even more fussy. Iām very seborrheic dermatitis prone as well as prone to folliculitis which seems to have gotten worse as I have gotten older. This year I decided I had to get back to basics and this serum is now part of my regular routine. My skinās happy and looks radiant. And I always wonder why I ever stopped using it? I donāt think Iāll be straying again. Iāll continue to purchase from Lovelyskin since Iām always sure itāll be fresh!

Maybe it's not fading the spots because the strength is only 10% and the directions say to use it once a day. The formula is watery and and the dropper opening is not small so I find the best and least wasteful way to use it is to: 1) fill the dropper while it's in the bottle, 2) pull the dropper out and don't squeeze it, just let a little drip onto your finger, 3) turn the dropper upward and apply what's on your finger to your face. My dermatologist suggested me this serum. She told me that CE Ferulic causes breakouts and this one would be fine. I was hesitant to start this because even mild cosmetics can break me out. I agree with other reviewers. Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum was too harsh for my skin (as is retinol). This serum hits the sweet spot. It brightens without being too harsh. I use it with the b5 gel as well, which feels very soothing after applying Serum 10 AOX. I recommend these. I think you could try the AOX on its own with another soothing layer, but I like the combination. I donāt use a ton, but I do use it every day now. It is one of my favorite products - big value and it lasts a while.
