These balls are great for use during ball handling drills to build strength, endurance and ball control. They are also great for use in scoring and Mikan drills.

I bought this ball about a month ago and Have used it outdoors only. It’s held up great and no issues at the moment. It’s helped being able to get handles stronger and quicker with a regular ball.
