Super fuel works, it's as simple as that. I'm a big fan and user of high calorie products to ensure that I can meet my nutrition requirements and perform my best, and this new Scratch Labs product is by far the best one out there.

My initial thoughts. I have a few years of practice taking 100% of my calories through a bottle. My latest go-to for on-bike nutrition has a name that ends in "320" which I've used for approximately 3 years. I love this product but it can get a little thick, sometimes over the top sweet, and the lack of flavor can be blah at times. I was excited to try this new product: Consistency: Provided you give the time according to the directions the mix dissolves very well and has a consistency much thinner than "320" in a 16 - 20 oz bottle. Flavor: This surprised me a little, Skratch has a history of nailing great tasting products, but these do not taste like their hydration product counterparts, and I find them tart in comparison. In my testing so far I've used it on 3-90 min trainer sessions, ranging from VO2 efforts, Threshold, and Sweet Spot, and I'm happy to report no obvious GI issues. I will soon extend my testing to 3+ hour rides with multiple bottles, but so far so good. Why 4 stars and not 5? - more testing but certainly on track for a 5-star review.

I placed my first order through these guys with only 4 days until a race and mistakenly didn’t choose the express option. Within 5 mins of sending a note on Saturday the owner had emailed me, pulled the order and express posted it. He even followed up with a handwritten note wishing me well. These guys are legends!
