I purchased this shaver early this year. Soon it started to barely shave my hair. I have to undergo the same spot multiple times until chafing. You have to remove everything on top in order to clean, otherwise it won't shave good. At the moment, the blades are just horrible , barely able to cut. A normal clipper does a better job.

Hey guys, I bought my Pitbull Silver months ago, I guess it was over a month after receiving it I plucked up the courage to get my head shaved.Don’t reckon I’ll ever grow my hair again, I absolutely love using it. And apart from keeping my head shaved it’s like being massaged as well. And to top it off I won’t need to buy shaving cream or razors again, it does the face perfectly. And if thats not enough The Shaver Shop, whether in store or online, they rock.

When I opened the package for the shaver everything looked like new. I charged as instructed and first shave one of the blades flew off. It had a plastic pin that held it in place that was previously broken. So after 10 seconds of my first shave I had to order a new blade from their website. There went the value.
I used a cheap razor to shave my head, and suffered the consequences... sick of spending heaps on good blades, I went googling and found the "Pitbull".I've been very happy with it overall. I can shave my head to almost a razor shave in under 2 minutes... if you feel your hair against the grain you can notice the slightest stubble, with the grain, nothing at all..Unless you absolutely must have a razor close shave, I think this is perfect for maintaining a shaved head.
As a first timer fully shaving my head I have found the Pitbull to be both easy to use and effective. It's not quite as close as using a razor manually but it's quite close. I shave every second day. You can dry shave with it but I have always had sensitive skin so using a quality shaving cream works really well with it. It's also really easy to clean and collects hair internally so no mess and no fuss. Easy. Definitely recommend it. Also I think it's the value buy of the pit bull range, does the same quality cut
I've been shaving my head with a razor for years now. I tried the Freedom razor but it didn't shave my head cleanly.. The pitbull is sharp and shaves my head close and smooth, just as good and close as a razor and way better than the freedom razor ... It's fast and handles really well in my hand... This is a must have if you are looking for the fastest and best way to shave your head... I definitely recommend you buy one.
It's the first time using this style of head shaver and it's certainly reduced my shaving time which is a plus and it's easy to hold, that's another plus, but now for the negatives. The motor on this one doesn't feel very strong as you can hear it slow down and struggle when you go over thicker hair. With that in mind I would really only buy this when it's on sale which is what I did. The charging port has a silly rubber that you can lose as soon as you take it off, not a great design. The power cord can't be inserted in one orientation which is annoying. The power button is not ergonomic so it's not easy to see, it's all black and it finishes flush with the suface of the shave so you have to look to find it every time you want to turn it off. It's all the same material feel too. You can't intuitively find it based on just feeling it in your hand. The battery indicator is just one tiny light which changes from green to red, not great for anyone who is red and green colourblind like I am. A strip of lights which show the charge reducing would have been better, and then showing blue and red instead of red and green would also have been better, and I've seen this on other shavers so, what's the deal?
“90 seconds and done” is an absolute false piece of marketing.Recently received this as a gift and was so excited to finally own one but sadly it is such a poor product. A head shave takes way too long and leaves way too much stubble for a product at this price point! Ive tried dry and wet methods but poor results. ive ended up going back to the old $40 Remington shaver I thought id retire after getting the pitbull.
I held back getting one of these because I didn't think you could get the street razer experience. Mate I wish I got one of these sooner. They are fantastic! But only so you get the cut through shave, you avoid any cuts, skin irritation and it cuts so fast and well. Wet or dry, it's makes everything it ridiculously easy to cut, clean and have it ready for the next cleanup. Amazing.
