I sleep every night and nap with this. I like the blackout of course but something I didn’t know I would love is the slight pressure it puts around my eyes it feels so comforting and it puts me right to sleep! I had the other fabric version but then switched to this and it’s so worth it!!
I got one for me and my boyfriend. We both love it! It’s super comfy and now I can’t sleep without it. I actually left mine at a hotel last weekend and now I’m going to buy another one. Deff recommend.
Having suffered a traumatic brain injury, the Manta Silk sleep mask has been a life changer for me. I use this so often, not just for sleep, but for neuro-isolation— creating a neutral environment for brain healing (no noise, no light, just silence and darkness). The Manta Silk is so light and comfortable, and completely blocks out all light. The problem is that I have two: one will barely stay closed due to the Velcro being worn down and the other is showing signs that the eye cups are becoming worn and misshapen, which I am surprised about. For these reasons, I knocked off a star. For reference, I wear the mask every day, twice a day, minimum.

I already had Manta Sleep products and I love them. The Silk is a smooth mask and it feels great to sleep with, especially for one, such as me, who’s a side sleeper.I recomend it strongly!
I purchased 2 silk masks and one of the other non silk masks. Both types of masks are super comfortable and do their job very well. The silk masks snag easily. Make sure you have baby soft hands, no hang nails or a sharp nail.
