I've tried a fair few bar brands now and currently, since the EHP **** bars have gone out of production, Smart Protein bars are the best tasting bars. Of course that's subjective and I only mean when compared to similar high performing bars: 21g of protein and 1.8g carbs for a 60g bar which is basically top rank, you rarely get better than that. I haven't tried the weird flavours though, just the choc and peanut types.

I love the taste, texture and macros of these bars. They kinda reminded me of nougat that I used to devour as a kid. Such a treat. When you’re trying to be a healthy eater, but missing dessert and feeling deprived, these really hit the spot and **** cravings for poor quality treats. Far far better than Quest or any other bar on the market, and I’ve tried them all!

These are the best protein bars I have ever tried. All natural ingredients, great amount of protein for the calories, awesome range of flavours and satiating when hungry. I like that they aren’t coated in chocolate but if you want a chocolate hit there are flavours that satisfy that craving. My favourites include apple pie, cinnamon donut, coconut apritcot, and rose and pistachio, but let’s be honest, I haven’t tried a bad flavour yet and I m pretty sure I’ve tried the full range now.
