Premium kettle that works so well. Set up in a few minutes. I love being able to put the kettle to on before getting out of bed with alexa. I started the kettle from the app on my phone at my sons it was ready to make a drink when I walked in. Variable temperature, keep warm function, baby bottle function. Highly recommend this product and the company. Ordered and delivered the very next day, tracking and emails, a great service all round.

Received my kettle very quickly and quickly got it setup on my home network and Alexa. Everything worked nicely, for about 3 hours, then I experienced a few days of WiFi issues with the kettle and I contacted support.They phoned me to evaluate the problem and wasted no time in sending me a replacement kettle base. Now my kettle works perfectly. It’s always online, it’s always ready to boil at my voice command and I can even turn it on during my drive home!Customer service was outstanding - WeeKett clearly value every customer and this kettle is worth every penny.

Really enjoying this kettle. It’s fun to switch it on from anywhere in the house or garden.It was a bit tricky to set up and I had to change my WiFi settings. The video instructions are way too fast to be useful but once I’d connected it works a dream. I like the look of it too. Before purchasing I wanted to know how fast and noisy the kettle was and couldn’t find any reviews. I would say speed and noise are fairly standard and not particular features. Feel the kettle is good value and fun. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a neighbour, as a gift. She is 80, loves smart things - although I have to set them up for her. She loves the kettle. When I lose connection on ours, I am guessing because of our satellite internet connection, I must use the 100c button to reconnect. My neighbour has no such problem, we turned the internet off to set up something else and it reconnected seamlessly. Great product!

It was quite hard to connect at first, we followed the instructions but it just wouldn’t link to WiFi, we left it plugged in and about an hour later was able to connect it. I feel like the boiling time takes quite a while longer compared to my previous kettle but not enough for me to want to stop using it. The main issue we have is that it looses connection often and we have to reset it up. It works for a couple of days to a week and then drops out again. Our house is full of smart devices from the doorbell, heating system, lightbulbs ect and never have this issue with any other devices. Works really well. Love the easy temperature setting. Would like a longer beep beep when it has boiled and nice to have would be a temperature display but thoroughly recommend, Alexa really spoils you being able to boil your kettle whilst still watching that favourite programme!
I love the kettle itself, the way it looks and its performance but the wifi issue has been a big disappointment as it constantly drops the connection. I realise there is a weaker wifi signal in my kitchen which is the reason why it's doing it but because it's sat next to my Alexa echo dot and that has never dropped the connection then I see no reason why the kettle should either. Can it be modified so that if it should drop the connection, it will automatically reconnect which is what other devices do. It was suggested I buy a wifi extender but I decided not to as it was extra expense with no guarantee. I am having to use the kettle without the wifi feature which is the reason I bought it but it does make a good cup of tea and the team are very helpful.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Honestly the best product I have owned in a long time.The features are amazing! I can put the kettle on to make the babies bottle when I’m on my way home, ready for when I get home! It’s amazing!The keep hot feature is super handy too..I’m so happy with it.
As a kettle it works great. As a wifi smart kettle it works great -- or at least until the wifi drops out. Whilst you can't blame the kettle for that, you can for not reconnecting. Unlike my other smart tech, the kettle seems to search for only a few minutes, so if the outage is longer than that it just gives up. Fix this bug and it'll score top points. Also, it works best with the eFamily cloud app.
Very handy when using the app, smart life. It uses GPS on your mobile phone to activate the kettle to come on when you're close to your house. When I am having a wash and shave in the bathroom. I require bowling water for the washbasin, so when I am just about ready I say, Alexa kettle on all these things are very handy would recommend this kettle 100%. I had to get in contact with customer service several times and they were quick to get back and did not give up on me, even though I emailed them many times.
