It does give me some concern on how well the unit will last with four people using it regularly. For cleaning the unit, it says to not use harsh chemicals. It is recommended to use baking soda mixed with vinegar. Reading the manual, it seems like for overall toilet deep cleaning (having to separate the unit from the bowl) is going to be kind of a pain.

Bought this in Black Friday of 2021 so it’s been 9 months that I’ve been using it and I could say that.. I love it! It has everything that I’m looking for a bidet, adjustable seat warmth, adjustable water temperature, nozzle position and spray. It also has dryer and a couple of bidet spray modes. It might not have the fancy sound that other way more expensive brands has but this has all the essentials that you’ll need in a bidet. You’re getting more than what you pay for. Thanks Smart Bidet!

The water may get a bit cool at the very end of the wash cycle, depending on the time between the beginning of use and wash, but not to any degree that is objectionable. After use, it goes back to energy saver mode.The only very minor issue is that the warm air drying is a bit off to the left. You can reposition slightly to take care of that.Summary: This is a very competitively priced and excellent product with great features.

Not sure I'd buy this again. Sometimes nozzle doesn't spray water at the setting I request. Dryer doesn't fully dry even with more than one 3-min cycle of drying. Now today the remote stopped working - not the battery, not the connection between the remote and the seat, not the seat. Company said to make a warranty claim for a new remote (but in the craziness of remodeling, I never did the warranty registration) - they're aware of the remote being a problem. They said there's also a larger remote you can BUY separately that has a better life expectancy. This model does NOT operate unless you have the remote. They do sell a model that has both a control panel and a remote. Something to consider if you are trying to choose between models.

She will eventually find the sensor and sit still long enough for a good wash. She looks forward to her wash and enjoys the blow dry. I’m just happy to report we have no more stains in her panties!We just had friends over this evening and were showing it to them. Their son was so excited to play with the buttons and exclaimed delightfully when he experienced a “shower”.I’ll be purchasing another one of these shortly for my daughers’ bathroom. Silly... But, we can't live without it. The old one lasted eight years, then stopped working properly. It was not be worth having it repaired. Not having one after that time was unthinkable. If I have to replace this one in eight years... it will be worth it though hopefully not sooner. It is the exact make and model as the old one. There have been no improvements or variations. It is made by an Asian manufacturer, perhaps South Korean, where we had experienced it for the first time. They license other companies to put their names on it; however, it is the same item if it looks the same just with a different name. We have a number of them installed. One catch for first time buyers; It needs electricity near by. You already have the plumbing hopefully.
the bidet doesn't work. It sprays toward the inside of commode. instead of spraying up to clean your butt. I am having a terrible time getting my money back. So be ware of this company. They sell though Walmart. they don't back it like Walmart. So wish my luck that I get my money back.They want pictures I am 75 years old I do not know how to send pictures on Email. and they don't care.
This works well, but the seat doesn't completely cover the porcelain bowl. It doesn't affect function, but it's kinda odd looking. I took measurements and the seat attached fine, but has that weird design flaw.This was my first plumbing diy and took me about 1 1/2 hour to complete. If this is your first, I recommend using the in depth directions rather than the quick installation guide and having an experienced friend help you. I didn't realize my shut off valve had some build up on it so I hadn't completely shut off the water and had some water spray out when unscrewing the hose.I was able to soak up the water with some towels, use a metal brush to clean it off and properly shut it off.
