Whatever happened to a set of clear, concise and unambiguous instructions? It cant be that difficult. Fine if its cheaper to manufacture the product in China but why have the instructions written by the Chinese? And I dont just mean poor translation. The instructions are appalling whatever the language!! Ambiguous, confusing and complete steps missed out!! So frustrating!!! Need someone who understands the product, with excellent literacy skills, to write the instructions.
Display is great but don't expect to use the radio. It is useless

Nice item...good value. Purchase was easy and straightforward just the way it should bewith payment safe and secure. Plus the itemwas packed and shipped with care.
Purchased a couple of weeks ago. Despite reasonable tech ability, we're still having trouble with setting the alarm (or only one alarm). The clock numbers are very bright, even on the lowest setting and the volume is quite loud on the lowest setting. I will be returning this item as it is not what we are looking for.
