Surprised by what an $80 phone can do in 2024.Daily driver and very usable with multi tasking.Much lighter than most phones with more battery, probably because of single camera and no cooling.Unlike other budget phones, this one uses UFS storage, so opening closed apps is as fast as a decent 2020 smartphone.

Decent phone, horrible seller

The phone itself is great value considering the price I paid for it. -1 star as the bootloader cannot be unlocked.However Lenovo made sure that everything that could go wrong went wrong:- The item description on the page was wrong, which is definitely the first time I see a manufacturer get their own product description wrong. The phone arrived with 64GB instead of 128GB as advertised.- Contacted their chat support who told me I'd be emailed within 3 days and that never happened.- Contacted them 2 weeks later and they offered either a voucher or headphones. I asked which headphones or what voucher and they said they'd email me in 3 days with the details, which never happened.- A week later I get a notification from TNT that I'm receiving headphones. Good value for the price but a bit slow overall

I have got this phone as it was cheap and I have been using my old phone for 10 years. This one is newer, but it isn't much faster, but for the price, the phone does function fine even though it's a bit slow compared to more expensive models. The screen is only 720p too which isn't as sharp as my old one with was 1080p.I'm really pleased this phone has 3.5mm jack and SD card slot as many more expensive phones are missing these crucial features now.

Review of MOTOROLA Moto G04 - 64 GB Black

I bought this phone primary to use Android Auto because it has the latest version of Android, and recording GPS data.I did have a slight problem putting in a microSD - it took a few minutes trying to slide the tray back into the phone.No problem with Wifi, and offline Google Maps downloaded fine. Android Auto worked as expected.Have not tested the camera.Overall, I think it was worth buying, if you are buying a phone for a specific use.And useful as a spare.

Review of Motorola moto g04 Concord Black

I cannot get it to turn off at the end of the day.The ring around the clock is so faint that it is hard to tell how much battery is left.There are two messages apps and the one I do not use keeps coming up on the screen when I do not want it and I cannot get rid of it.when someone calls me it does not give me the option to just swipe up but comes in two boxes answer or decline and no matter what I do it will not let me answer the call. All these things are very frustrating . This phone is worse than my old Motorola, very disappointed.

Review of Motorola moto g04 Sea Green

This model was not so user friendly to set up. I am still working it out a month from having bought it. However, if your budget is low to medium and you don't expect to use it for major transactions, it works well enough. I'm a pensioner and it suits me though it probably wouldn't suit other more expert users who would probably desire a higher grade phone.

So far so good

I only received this phone yesterday but it seems to be a great phone so far. I had my iPhone 11 stolen and needed a budget friendly replacement to use with my own SIM. This has quite a large screen which has a good picture but I have not tried the camera much yet. Everything works perfectly quickly however and I would certainly recommend it as a lower cost smartphone.
