I dropped the phone today on a hard surface and it likely impacted on the left hinge. The hinge looked good after I wiped it off, but when I opened to view the main screen there was an audible crack. At full open it went funky and the main screen ceased to take input.The main issue now is that I can't connect my phone to my computer to transfer files. The small external screen works, but you can't choose File Transfer mode from there. This is a critical flaw in the design, so I will be going back to an Apply iPhone.Outside of this, the only other issue I ran into was it requiring an occasional reboot due to slowing down. I did really enjoy the outside display, so I didn't always have to open the phone to get things done.
Fantastic flip phone, better than Samsung Flip. Battery is the only problem, then again it's under constant use. Best features- Sound clarity, convenience fingerprint reader.

I bought the Motorola 40 in white - absolutely love it. Only annoyance so far is you can't flip the camera around while filming (ie facing you then facing outwards) however very handy to turn on the front camera with the twist of the hand action. Love the fact it's a flip phone, came with a clear protector for it so less likely to break it. Would highly recommend the Motorola flip phone!
I started with a pager, moved to a flip phone then a smartphone. LG Voyager was awesome but the Motorola Razor was what all the cool kids had! It survived through anything you could possibly do EXCEPT breaking it in half!! LOLThe reboot is fantastic! The weight of the device makes it feel strong! The screen while not actually glass, works well for everything
