I am so happy I've got the S24 as an upgrade from my good old S10. I like that the power button is a bit lower, so it is easier to press it while holding the phone, even if it will take some time to get used to it and will keep pressing the volume instead.The shape of S24 doesn't feel much different from S10 when I hold it in my hand, but everything runs more smooth and faster.Super fast charging and I am so glad I purchased the charger with it, as it doesn't come with one anymore (not so great).The battery life seems pretty good so far, I finally have a phone that I can use the whole day without charging it three times. Now it looks like I can finally return their favour.I love the AI option that removes things from your pictures. I have a toddler and I usually take hundreds of pictures at playgroups but can't really use them because of other kids around, so I will definitely be using this feature very often.The flash is very nice and the quality of pictures is very good even when it is completely dark. I am still discovering all the hidden gems this camera has to offer.Sound quality is very good, really noticed the difference when on call.I wanted to try the Interpreter function, but Romanian language wasn't available, so didn't use it yet. It seems like a pretty useful feature if you can find the language that you need. For example, when you're on holiday and don't know the language or if your relatives don't speak English.DeX is something new to me, looks like it is very easy to share your phone screen on TV, without having to install other apps. Also you get these free apps on the phone that allow you to watch free tv programmes and movies/series, which is great.I don't really like the way to take a screenshot (volume down and power button simultaneously or palm swipe the screen). Perhaps I just need to get used to this. On the other hand, I found very useful the tips that pop up to let you know about the options you have when you might not have been aware of them.All the Advanced Intelligence on S24 is still new and will take time to get used to it, but it's really exciting to get to try all these features, like the translations, correcting or sumarrizing your texts in Notes, getting transcriptions or translations of your voice recordings plus all the amazing options you have in the Photo Editor.

Little over a week into owning the S24 and so far it seems like a decent phone. I really miss two features my last phone had and they are chop to turn on flashlight and rock to turn on camera. I thought this was an Android thing but apparently is was just a Motorola feature.Some bad things about this phone is that I tried wireless charging on a charge station(not a Samsung brand) and I fell asleep for about an hour and woke up to a phone that I could almost fry and egg on, luckily it didn't seem to cause any ill affects to the phone. Also, one can't really use it while it is charging because it overheats bigtime, even when using a lower watt(less than 10w) charger. My last phone would get warm but not this hot. This phone the battery isn't much better because of the capacity, last one was 5000mah and this is 4000mah. If I play a game on this phone for about a hour or so it will eat up half the battery, it's a puzzle game and didn't think it would stress the battery on this phone that much, I could have just as well stuck with the old phone for a while longer.I saw reviews of the how the screen colors don't look good, after I did some changes the screen colors look great. I even have to turn the brightness down to less than half during the day but this is inside. I have yet to try it outside in the sunlight, even my last phone I couldn't see the screen on full brightness but I think with the brightness level this has I think I should be able to see it.Not really impressed with a number of the Samsung apps, most of the normal apps I use such as phone, message, clock, photos, even the keyboard I switch to Google. Really disappointed that the phone app didn't have a built in visual voicemail feature, I even switched it out for Google Phone and for some reason the option to turn on visual voicemail is greyed out and locked. This phone uses a separate voicemail app.So far I am pleased enough not to return it. Just disappointed in the features my last phone had that this one doesn't, and this one was triple the cost.

Utilising dual sim controls, settings and integrated Microsoft features has enabled me to be productive and keeping contact a breeze without my world colliding.Features such as call screening proved more beneficial than I imagined and using was easy with simplistic interface and intuitive responses with Samsung AI. Although not the heaviest of users there has been some jumping in and out of media to games, back to work all without fail or lag.My battery has continued to exceed a day after the initial first few days of learning and optimising to my usage. First few days was rough though. But I am finding that I have no fear to use my phone intensively from day start to end as the battery typically carries through the night with around 15-20% remaining.The S24, albeit the entry model, has a camera that is more than suffice to capture great detailed in the moment shots with some simple editing features to notch the result up a bit too, although I feel for a flagship phone it could be a smidge better at this price range. Removal of unwanted objects etc in photos was a really nice touch and up there with the competition offering similar, all without need to know how to edit proficiently.I was apprehensive about moving back into the android space after being warped by another manufacturer for so long. Still adjusting but Samsung switch made this easy also.The integration to my tablet was something I had hoped for but through my excitement forgot... until, I received a phone call to it from my phone. This was done I assume through WiFi and my Samsung account. But genuinely seamless, so much so I hadn't noticed it had happened. I would be interested to see how this synchronisation carries through the full range, i.e. laptops to enhance my digital life.Great device, reasonably priced but as always with tech there is desirables.(Made an unboxing but file size does not permit)
