Love this product! So wide and can fit heaps in it.I always put boiling water in it first for about 10 minutes, heat up my food, tip the water out (dry if needed) and then put my food in it. It keeps hot for ages. My Son ways his school lunch is always still warm also. It really needs to be heated up first.

I’ve used this twice so far and heated my soup to boiling hot. 6hrs later at lunch time, my soup is just warm. I’ve used the thermos brand previously and my soup would still be super hot. I’d personally recommend others buy a thermos brand.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It keeps the food hot for less than 1hr. The outside also gets hot.
