Just bought this and went to wash it before using. Can’t get the top part to separate, have read instructions and can get two bottom parts to separate but not the top! Anyone else have this problem?

Functional and well-constructed environment-saver

I have used this cup for a number of years now and I feel so smug getting my coffee each day whilst others destroy the planet with their disposable cups. It keeps the coffee hot for ages. Still warm and drinkable after two hours. Just be careful with the two rubber flangy things inside the lid, one of which I lost and it now leaks.

Hands down best ever

I now have 4 of these, because simply put they are the best keep cup around. Keeps drinks hot for hours and when closed is completely leak proof. Lid disassembly takes a bit of getting used to but once you have the hang of it it's an easy thing to do and makes cleaning easy.
