We used this for one year, the touch switch panels are very sensitive and stops functioning very often. It doesn’t respond to on and off function due to loose connections. We had service agent come in 4 times in 9 months to fix it and same thing keeps happening. Very disappointed however, we love the power and overall operation of the unit. Very satisfied with that. Only the touch screen panel annoys us when it stops responding.

We purchased this range hood and the Smeg stove along with other appliances fir our new home in 2019 (installed in late November). The control panel was replaced under warranty the first year and in January this year the range hood just started to beep and not function at all. The service agent came out and said ghe larts a re very expensive. He never returned. I think his message was that it is too expensive to repair and no worth it. One would expect a whole lot more given the price and Brand.
