Makes a nice coffee but its luke warm at best, temp of automatic milk doesn't get hot enough. You either have to heat your milk first or warm your cup. Not ideal when its a fully automatic machine - defeats the purpose. Do better Smeg - alot of money for a so so purchase. I got a refund.

Absolutely perfect. The size was a selling factor for me and I adore it! Compact, smart looking. It’s easy to clean and coffee has been flawlessly made. Wasn’t sold on the milk/tube attachment initially but it has not been a big deal at all and works perfect.

Very happy, it makes a lovely coffee. It is much quieter than our last machine, which was a Delonghi. Looks great in the kitchen, and feels like good quality. Easy to use.
