To be honest, at first I was a little disappointed in the results. I didn't see any change in the first 7 days of consistent use.However, encouraged by all the positive reviews, I kept going. By 10 days, my teeth were noticeably whiter; about 2 to 3 shades. So, my advice is to keep going!!The service is excellent, and the shipping really fast.A great rule of thumb which customer service explained, is that one syringe should last for three times. Don't overuse on the first go, like I did (when I used most of the syringe in one go!). It's wasteful and unnecessary ;)
