Good hot temperature within a very short time of starting the cooker. It’s very easy to use the touchscreen and it’s very easy to wipe clean when unplugged. The down side is that the top shelf gets significantly more heat then the bottom, which indicates the air circulation is not that good - I use only one shelf at a time due to this problem.

Very happy with our purchase. This is our 2nd Smith and Nobel air fryer (we broke the other one dropping it) or it'd still be going strong! It was a great reason to upsize and I'm glad we did. We love how evenly this air fryer cooks items like chips and crumbed food. Haven't cooked meat in it yet but we are looking forward to trying the rotisserie option in it.
This air fryer has changed my life, very much for the better. After a long day at work, anything chilled or frozen can be ready to eat within 20 minutes or less, and the cleaning up afterwards is very easy. I used to think air fryers were a bit of a cult thing, but they are the real deal. It's also good to know I'm saving a lot of electricity compared with heating up a full sized oven.

Harris Scarfe were great - I just took it back to my local store, even though I purchased online and they replaced the unit. Brownie points for Harris Scarfe. Now, the unit: It only goes to 200C which is OK but my last one went to 220C and that is better for certain things. This unit also seems to heat more from the top than the bottom compared to my last one so I hope they look at this for their next model. It makes cooking a cake a bit more tricky but I can still do it. It still cooks well, I'm just being specific about how I would improve it. I use my airfryers for everything. Had to take this back, sadly. I liked the idea of the shelves but they are not fit for purpose. They are not stable and do not stay in place. They are hard enough to get them to stay put without anything on them and will collapse if they are loaded up.
I got this on sale for $99 so overall I’m satisfied, however it cooks very unevenly. For example frozen chips on the top shelf take 10 minutes and the lower shelf they take 18, so it’s great for small quantities (chips for one person) or I put one serve of chips on top and they start eating first and we wait for ours, moving the lower tray to the top and eating later or half would be cold. As I said, I paid $99 so it will do, but if I’d paid full price, which is 3x that I would be very disappointed and my score would be much lower, however I can only base my overall feelings about the product based on the price I paid.
It’s an excellent brand. I like the easy to clean look & it’s easy to use. I use it nearly every day to cook It’s efficient & will certainly recommend the brand & air fryer to anyone I bought it from Harris scarfe on line. It arrived well packed & quickly
This is one super awesome air fryer! So so easy to use and clean. Great flavours in cooked foods without the grease/oil. Cooks succulent meat and fish. Quick and easy instructions and cooking. Highly recommend. Don’t buy online. It’s cheaper in store at the moment.
