It’s been two weeks plus and I still haven’t heard back. Customer service is following up for me but not holding out hope.
When you follow the instructions and let it soak into the material, it works great. I do this and then cover and iron the toe box of my satin Jordan 1s to make it look fresh and new again. The bottle is a little undersized so Ill have to buy more soon, Id like it if you got more of the product for the price but quality wise its perfect, the brush is really nice too with its natural feel.
