Shoes look good, except very small smudge on the outside sole. wiped off, looks ok.original box absolutely destroyed, looks like seller/someone trampled it. Can't be resold or stored in the original box.

Appalling service, 2 right shoes sent in a burst box, contacted Office by email to get a generic response that’s clearly a copy and paste. No offer to rectify, I had to either return and or take back to a shop. When I took back to the store the staff told me there has been a large amount of returns for the same reason that have been dispatched from London. I won’t be a returning customer
